Allowances and Premiums Clause Samples

The "Allowances and Premiums" clause defines the additional payments or benefits provided to employees beyond their standard wages or salaries. This clause typically outlines specific circumstances under which allowances (such as travel, meal, or housing allowances) and premiums (such as overtime or shift differentials) are granted, including eligibility criteria and calculation methods. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and fairness in compensating employees for extra duties, special conditions, or additional costs incurred, thereby preventing disputes and clarifying entitlements.
