Amount of the Allowance. Except for the allowance set forth in this paragraph, all costs of the Tenant Improvements shall be borne by Tenant. Landlord shall contribute an aggregate amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars Forty-Five ($746,945.00) (the “Allowance”) toward the cost of: (i) the design, permitting, construction and installation of the Tenant Improvements, including cabling (the “Improvement Costs”); (ii) Tenant’s moving costs, including the cost of moving consultants, packing materials, and the like (the “Moving Costs”); (iii) furniture, security equipment, telephone equipment, an uninterruptible power system, signage, kitchen appliances, warehouse racking systems, shelving, and other fixtures and equipment for the Premises (the “FF&E Costs”); (iv) lease buyout/coverage costs, lease surrender costs and costs to comply with lease move-out obligations (“Lease Coverage Costs”) and (v) Base Rent and Additional Rent payable by Tenant under this Lease (“Rent Costs”), all as more particularly described below. Tenant may allocate the Allowance to any of the foregoing Costs as Tenant may elect from time to time by written notice to Landlord; provided, however, that Tenant shall not expend more than Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($224,000), which amount represents approximately thirty percent (30%) of the Allowance, on Rent Costs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Exhibit B, the Allowance shall be available for disbursement pursuant to the terms hereof only until the date that is one hundred twenty (120) days after the Commencement Date. Accordingly, if any portion of the Allowance is not utilized prior to such date, such unused portion shall be forfeited by Tenant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in no event shall Landlord be obligated to disburse any portion of the Allowance during any period that Tenant is in breach of or in default under this Lease.

Amount of the Allowance. 1) The Employer shall provide a monthly allowance in the amount of € 22.00 to the Employee who has an employment contract made for at least 50% of the established working hours. 2) The amount of the Employee's allowance shall be at least € 4. 3) The Employer shall agree a waiting period of three months for the Employees in the employment contract. 4) The Contracting Parties have agreed that during long-term absence (maternity leave, parental leave, incapacity for work and nursing allowance for longer than one calendar month), the Employee shall not be entitled to the allowance in the relevant month.
Amount of the Allowance. 1. The allowance toward the study costs covers 100% of the course fees and tuition fees, study materials, examination and diploma fees and the costs of purchasing compulsory study materials. The total amount of the allowance toward the study costs is <<state amount>>. 2. Travel expenses and accommodation costs associated with the study will be reimbursed in full.
Amount of the Allowance. 1. The employer will pay/reimburse the following training costs: - 100% of the registration fees (registration for course-based education as well as registration for the practical education/training place); - 100% of the tuition fees; - 100% of the costs of purchasing compulsory study materials; - 100% of the examination fees (alternative: 100% of the costs of the first examination and 100% of the costs for a resit examination. (The costs of any further resit examination are payable by the employee); 2. Any non-compulsory training costs are payable by the employee. 3. The employer will reimburse the travel and accommodation expenses related to the training programme in full. Alternative: The employer will reimburse travel and accommodation expenses for compulsory training activities from and to the training institute. The allowance amounts to the maximum tax-free per-kilometre allowance permitted by the tax authorities or the actual costs of travel by public transport, on condition that the employee submits proof, or a copy of proof, of these costs to the employer within 30 days.

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).

  • Housing Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive a Cayman Islands housing allowance of US $6,000 per month. Executive will be responsible for any taxes due on such allowance.

  • TI Allowance Landlord shall provide to Tenant a tenant improvement allowance (collectively, the “TI Allowance”) as follows:
