Annual Allowance for PSEs. On an annual basis, Postal Support Employees who are assigned as PSE Sales/Service & DistributionAssociates, D/A 81-4, who have met the criteria listed below, will be eligible to purchase three (3) Type 2 shirts worn by employees assigned to retail operations, with an allowance of up to $42 per shirt:
1. Completed ninety (90) work days, or have been employed for one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, whichever comes first;
2. Successfully completed required training;
