Anti-Discrimination Policy. 16.1 Neither the District nor the Association shall discriminate unlawfully against any unit member on the basis of race or ethnicity, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin, gender (including sexual harassment and pregnancy), gender identity, gender expression, age (over 40), marital status, medical condition, mental or physical disability or sexual orientation.
