Application of the Standard Hourly Wage Scale. (a) The standard hourly wage scale rate for each job class shall be the standard hourly wage rate for all jobs classified within such job class. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the established rate of pay for each hourly rated job shall apply to any employee during such time as the employee is assigned to perform such job.
