Standard Hourly Wage Scale. 11.01 a) The Company agrees to pay and the Union agrees to accept during the term of this Collective Agreement the schedule of wages included in Appendix “A”.
Standard Hourly Wage Scale. During the term of the Agreement the standard hourly rate for Job Class 1 and the standard hourly rate for all job classes of Production and Maintenance employees above Job Class 1 shall increase in accordance with the Standard Hourly Wage Scale outlined in Appendix Effective on the dates specified in Appendix all employees shall have their rates of pay adjusted as follows: If the employee is not receiving an out-of-line differential prior the dates specified in Appendix the rate of pay of such employee shall be adjusted to conform to the standard hourly rate for that employee’s job, as provided in Appendix If the employee is receiving an out-of-line differential prior to the dates specified in Appendix the rate of pay of such employee shall be increased by the amount by which the rate for Job Class 1 has been increased, as provided in Appendix C and the following shall govern: If the employee’s new rate resulting from such increase is greater than the standard hourly rate for the job, as provided in Appendix the amount by which such employee’s new rate is greater than the rate provided in Appendix shall become such employee’s new out-of-line differential (which shall replace the former out-of-line differential) and shall apply in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
