Appointment to an Out-of-Scope Position. An Employee who is appointed to a permanent out-of-scope position shall retain seniority for up to three (3) months while in such position. During this three (3) month period the Employee shall have the right to excise her seniority through application of posted vacancies.

Appointment to an Out-of-Scope Position. 15.8.1 A tenured employee who is appointed to a position excluded from the bargaining unit but who retains a tenurable academic rank shall on the termination or relinquishment of the out-of-scope appointment automatically revert to membership in the bargaining unit at the academic rank and seniority held and accumulated at the time of returning to the bargaining unit.

  • VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled. Probationary employees shall not be entitled to apply for posted vacancies. It is agreed that the Gallery will not interview external applicants until applications from existing employees have been reviewed and bargaining unit employees who are qualified in the opinion of the Gallery have been interviewed. Further, the Gallery will notify existing applicants in writing once the successful application is selected.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Motions for Directions (1) Class Counsel or the Settling Defendants may apply to the Ontario Court and/or such other courts as may be required by the Courts for directions in respect of the interpretation, implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement. Unless the Courts order otherwise, motions for directions that do not relate specifically to the matters affecting the Quebec Action shall be determined by the Ontario Court.
