Article 9 - Grievance Procedure. It is the mutual desire of the Association and the Board that grievances shall be adjusted as quickly as possible. An Occasional Teacher may attempt to resolve the grievance by informal discussion/letter with the Director of Education or designate prior to initiating the grievance at Step One.
