ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Employees may, with the authorization of the Sheriff or his/her designee, exchange day or shift assignments. A written notice of the exchange will be submitted sixteen (16) hours in advance of the day to the shift commander and Sheriff. Assignment exchange may only be permitted if it does not create overtime.

ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. In accordance with the educational requirements of the District and the particular qualifications of the individual employees, two or more employees may make a written request by April 30th to the superintendent to temporarily exchange assignments. The superintendent shall grant the request or give written cause if such request is denied by May 31st. Such assignment exchanges when effected are temporary and at the end of such assignments the employees shall return to his or her regular assignments. Denial of an assignment exchange shall not be grievable beyond the School Board level.

ASSIGNMENT EXCHANGE. Seller may determine to complete this transaction as part of a Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange. Purchaser agrees to cooperate with Seller in documenting and completing such exchange by agreeing that Seller may transfer Seller's rights and obligations under this Agreement to Seller's Qualified Intermediary, Exchange Facilitator Corporation. Purchaser agrees to accept Exchange Facilitator Corporation as the assigned Seller of the Property described in this Agreement. (iii) You may allow anyone to live in your home as a lodger (as long as this does not make your home overcrowded) but you must notify us in writing of the lodgers name as soon as you can after he or she moves in. This does not mean that you can sub-let or give up possession of part of your home, for this you must get our written consent. If you are in receipt of Housing Benefit you must also give details of the lodger to the Halton Borough Council. (iv) Where deterioration of your home or any shared areas is due to the neglect or default of your lodger, sub-tenant or visitor, you are required to take whatever steps as are reasonable for the removal of the lodger, sub-tenant or visitor.
