Association Office Space. Oakland shall provide separate office space for the Association's use at no charge to the Association.
Association Office Space. 16 The County agrees to provide office space to the Association and to allow the Association to use 17 members’ departmental mailboxes for the distribution of Association correspondence. 18
Association Office Space. 1. The City agrees to provide an office space which is available and not needed for City functions and activities for the Association. The location and size of such office space shall continue to be designated by the City and may be changed by the City upon prior notification to the Association.
2. The Association, therefore, agrees that City maintains the right of access without notice under emergency conditions as set forth in Article Ten of this Memorandum of Understanding between the parties and has the right to periodically inspect this space for maintenance of condition provided that a 24 hour prior notice is given to the President or Vice President and the Association has the opportunity to have a representative in attendance during inspection.
Association Office Space. The District shall provide the Association a drop-in office space on the Valencia Campus to conduct Association business with 24-hour notice to the District’s lead negotiator. The District shall furnish the provided office space with one four drawer locking filing cabinet for the storage of Association material, one desk, and two chairs.
Association Office Space. Association Office/Storage Space – The College shall provide without cost to the Association office space which will be shared by all three (3) bargaining units.
Association Office Space. During the life of this agreement, the University shall provide designated office space to be exclusively used by the Association at no cost to the Association. In the event the location of such space is changed, the University shall be responsible to move such furniture, equipment, etc., used by the Association to the new location. The University agrees that for a period beginning one hundred twenty (120) calendar days immediately prior to the expiration of a collective bargaining agreement and continuing until ratification of the next succeeding collective bargaining agreement by and between OUPSA MEA/NEA and the University such office space shall not be altered, changed or modified for any reason whatsoever without the specific written approval and agreement of the President of OUPSA MEA/NEA.
Association Office Space. The District shall allow the Association the use of one (1) of their vacant, idle offices for the Office of the Association. If more than one (1) office area is available, then the selection of location shall be mutually agreed. The Association agrees that in exchange for such usage, it will be responsible for the good repair of the facility and shall be responsible for all reasonably related utility costs.
Association Office Space. The Association shall be allowed office space on City property at a mutually agreed upon location, with telephone service maintained at the expense of the Association.

2. The location and size of such office space shall continue to be designated by the City and may be changed by the City upon prior written notification.
3. The Association therefore agrees that the City maintains the right of access without notice under emergency conditions. Furthermore the City has the right to periodically inspect this space for maintenance of conditions provided that prior notice of 24 hours is given and the association has the right to have a representative in attendance during inspection. Failure to exercise this right after notification hereby constitutes a waiver.
4. The furniture and furnishing of the office shall be provided and maintained by the Association. Fire management reserves the right to approve all wall, ceiling, and floor colors and any further changes and modifications to said colors.
5. The Association agrees to provide, maintain, and pay for all telephone costs charged to their office telephone.
6. No inflammatory, libelous, obscene, or slanderous materials shall be posted in the Association's office.
7. The Association agrees to conform to all other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the City concerning the use of City facilities.
8. The Association, its officers, agents, representatives, and/or members shall not conduct Association business, including employee relations matters, during assigned work schedules except with the approval of Fire management.
9. The Association, its officers, agents, representatives, and/or members shall not conduct any political activities, as defined in City Charter, State or Federal laws, in City facilities, including the Association office.
