Attendance Bonus for 12 Month Employees. Only twelve-month Employees, including all Mechanics and Delivery Drivers, will participate in the following attendance bonus program. This program will replace the other attendance bonus program contained in Section 8.1.9. Employees who have 2 occurrences or less per semester will be eligible for a $200 attendance bonus each semester. Employees who have two occurrences or less in both semesters in a school year will receive an additional $400. Multiple sick days in a row will be considered one occurrence if they are related to a single health event. Bereavement leave, vacation time, pre-scheduled personal days are not considered an occurrence. Any portion of a sick day is an occurrence. In order to be eligible for the bonus, Employees must work 75% of their contract days.

  • Ten Month Employees Employees appointed on a regular 10-month basis (those employed for the standard academic year beginning September 1 to June 30) generally receive benefits on a pro rata basis except for holiday pay which will be granted for those holidays that fall during the academic year only.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Number of Employees The Union and the Employer agree that no more than one (1) position in each program shall be covered by a Job Sharing Agreement at any one time. No more than two (2) employees may share one (1) full-time position. The position being shared shall remain a regular full-time position within the bargaining unit.

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).

  • Month Employees TEN (10) MONTH EMPLOYEES WHO HAVE COMPLETED ONE (1) YEAR OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND WHO HAVE ACCUMULATED TWENTY (20) DAYS OF SICK LEAVE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN THE USLB.

  • SHIFT BONUS 7:01 A day shift shall be a shift that commences after 4:30 a.m. and at or before 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.

  • Twelve Month Employees A member of the unit who is employed on a twelve (12) month 19 basis shall be allowed paid vacation leave, exclusive of holidays, as follows:
