Award Allowances. The rates listed in Appendix A are inclusive of all allowances provided in the Award, excluding the following Award allowances provided at:
Award Allowances. (a) In addition to the Wage Rates provided for in this Agreement the following allowances will be paid in accordance with the conditions provided for such payments in the Parent Award:
(i) Tool Allowance;
(ii) Waste Site Allowance if applicable to the particular site;
(iii) BHP Site Allowance;
(iv) Meal Allowance;
(b) When there exists project site agreements or awards which are registered under any State or Federal Industrial Legislation and binding on Xxxxxx Bros, the Employees will receive the greater amount if there is any inconsistency between the allowances in any such agreements or awards and the allowances referred to in clause 14.1(a) above.
(c) Unless specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement, no other allowances except those provided above will be paid for.
Award Allowances. (a) In addition to the Wage Rates provided for in this Agreement, the following allowances will be paid in accordance with the conditions provided for such payments in the Parent Award and in the amount stipulated in the Parent Award:
(i) First Aid Allowance (Where the Employee is the designated first aid officer);
(ii) Leading Hand (Responsibility) Allowance;
(iii) Travel Allowance;
Award Allowances. 6.1.1 The following allowances included in the APS Award will not be paid under this Agreement:
(a) Cadet books and equipment allowances;
(b) Intermittent motor driving duties allowance;
(c) Functional allowance – ITO1;
(d) PAO Equipment allowance;
(e) Allowance for office disabilities;
(f) Isolated establishment allowance;
(g) Camping allowance;
(h) Excess travelling time; and
(i) Excess fares.
Award Allowances. In addition to the Wage Rates provided for in this Agreement only the following allowances will be paid under the condition provided for in the relevant parent awards.
Award Allowances. Notwithstanding Clause 6 of this Agreement, where the amount of any relevant allowance is not specified in this Agreement but is instead specified in the Award, the Allowance amount shall be as prescribed by the Award as at the date of commencement of this Agreement, as varied or replaced.
Award Allowances. The rates listed in Appendix A – Wages and Classification Structure are inclusive of all allowances provided in the Award, excluding the following Award allowances provided at:
(a) Compensation for clothes and tools; and
(b) Living away from home – distant work.
Award Allowances a) For the avoidance of doubt, this clause is not intended to exclude other allowances to which an employee may be entitled under the incorporated Award.
