Banquet Scheduling. Subject to the Employer’s right to schedule the correct complement of employees the parties agree that in order to assist in the process of scheduling of blocks of shifts and individual shifts pursuant to Article of the Collective Agreement the following procedure will be followed. Employees who are scheduled on a hours basis year round shall be provided with shift preference forms (including preferences for days off) as set out in the Mediator’s Letter of Clarification on Scheduling dated January All other Banquet Department employees will submit their availability forms each week by no later than noon on Tuesday. The Employer will post the banquet schedule each Thursday by noon for the following week, based on the employee’s seniority and stated availability. Consistent with the provisions of the Collective Agreement which requires the Employer, to the extent possible, to maximize the length of daily shifts, and recognizing that many employees desire to have weekend days off, the Employer will endeavour to establish as many blocks of shifts as possible which will permit employees first of all to have both weekend days off, and secondly, to have at least one weekend day off. Banquet Scheduling. 1. All regular full time Banquet Servers shall be scheduled for eight (8) shifts weekly, when work is available, and up to ten (10) shifts, at management’s discretion, if business levels warrant. Extra shifts shall be offered and filled by seniority after the part time servers have been scheduled. 2. The part time Banquet Servers shall be scheduled for three (3) mandatory shifts per week. The part time Banquet Servers shall then be offered up to three (3) additional shifts per week before the full time or on call servers. This is based on availability of shifts after the full time servers are scheduled. 3. The Employer will follow seniority in scheduling additional servers as needed except when the need is within a twenty four (24) hour period. When within a twenty four (24) hour period the employer will follow seniority based upon the availability of the employee. If the employee cannot be contacted then that employee shall be passed over and the next employee in order of seniority will be contacted. a. The banquet schedule will be posted by 10:00 a.m. each Thursday. b. Any changes in the schedule shall be noted by color coding. c. The hourly tip share shall be calculated on a daily basis and posted on a weekly basis each Tuesday after payroll has been adjusted. d. The current procedure for requesting PTO time shall remain the same (two times a year, February and August). Additional requests will be accepted no earlier than forty five (45) days in advance and shall be responded to within seven (7) days.
Banquet Scheduling. After scheduling full-time and part-time banquet employees, the Westin shall utilize qualified non-banquet bargaining unit employees before all others. The Westin shall not permit outside caterers to be used in lieu of bargaining unit employees unless necessary to obtain the banquet business (e.g., Kosher, ethnic, etc.).

  • Provisioning 2.4.1 BellSouth shall provision services during its regular working hours. To the extent OneTone requests provisioning of service to be performed outside BellSouth’s regular working hours, or the work so requested requires BellSouth’s technicians or project managers to work outside of regular working hours, overtime charges set forth in BellSouth’s intrastate Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, shall apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such work is performed outside of regular working hours by a BellSouth technician or project manager during his or her scheduled shift and BellSouth does not incur any overtime charges in performing the work on behalf of OneTone, BellSouth will not assess OneTone additional charges beyond the rates and charges specified in this Agreement. 2.4.2 In the event BellSouth must dispatch to the End User’s location more than once due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by OneTone (e.g., incomplete address, incorrect contact name/number, etc.), BellSouth will xxxx OneTone for each additional dispatch required to provision the circuit due to the incorrect/incomplete information provided. BellSouth will assess the applicable Maintenance of Service rates from BellSouth’s XXX Xx. 0 Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 13.3.1.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the equipment or parts in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified in the Price Sheets. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the equipment or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the equipment or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
