Bereavement Leaves. 3-10.1. A teacher may be absent for five (5) consecutive days without loss of pay due to the death of a father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, child or grandchild, regardless of where the deceased resided, or any other person with whom the teacher may be living. Bereavement leave shall conclude within seven (7) days after notification of death.
