State Employer Clause Samples
The 'State Employer' clause defines the entity that is recognized as the employer within a contract, specifically identifying a state or government agency as the employer party. This clause clarifies which governmental body is responsible for obligations such as payment, oversight, and compliance with employment laws. By explicitly naming the state as the employer, the clause ensures there is no ambiguity regarding accountability and legal responsibilities, thereby preventing disputes over which entity is liable for employment-related matters.
