Bullet Resistant Vests. The Company will purchase, maintain and distribute a bullet resistant vest for all eligible route employees. The replacement policy is as follows:
Bullet Resistant Vests. The Employer agrees to provide interest free loans to the employees to purchase bullet resistant vests up to a maximum, of eight hundred dollars ($800.00). The loan will be paid back in fifty dollar ($50.00) instalments on each pay cheque until the loan is paid in full. If the employee quits, is discharged or laid off, the remaining balance of the loan will be deducted from any monies in wages or vacation pay owed to the employee at that time.
Bullet Resistant Vests. At the time of the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty, the City will replace the bullet resistant vest. The City will purchase vests which will be of the level originally provided (Level IIIA in 1991).
Bullet Resistant Vests. The Company shall reimburse casual employees with fifty per cent (50%) of the cost of an approved bullet resistant vest, with an original receipt, up to a maximum of two hundred ($200.00) dollars once every three (3) years. Reimbursement will be at one hundred ($100.00) dollars after twelve (12) months and the second one hundred ($100.00) dollars after twenty-four (24) months.
Bullet Resistant Vests. The Employer will purchase, maintain and distribute a bullet resistant vest for all eligible employees who work out - plant, with a replacement policy as follows: Once a bullet resistant vest has reached the manufacturer’s expiry date, the Employer will supply the eligible out-plant employee with a replacement vest upon return of their expired vest. Eligible employees currently in possession of a bullet resistant vest will be issued with a replacement vest, once the vest is expired.
Bullet Resistant Vests. All road crew employees (armoured and service) will be supplied with a bullet resistant garment that must be worn while on duty, replacement vests will be provided upon expiry. All bullet resistant garments must be returned to the Company upon an employee’s resignation or termination from the Company.
Bullet Resistant Vests. The Employer shall reimburse full-time employees for 50% of the cost of an approved bullet resistant vest to a maximum of $300.00 for vests purchased after November 1, 2002. A list of approved vests appears in NYJ Standard 0101.03. Part-time employees will be entitled to the same benefit providing they remain in the employ of Brink's for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Vests must be worn at all times. The allowance for bullet resistant vests will be renewed each five (5) years of an employee's service.
Bullet Resistant Vests. The Employer shall pay the cost of a bullet resistant garment, Xxxxxxx Shield Level The Employee shall be charged of the cost. Employees who purchase a used bullet resistant garment Xxxxxxx Shield Level will be reimbursed of the purchase price to a maximum of three hundred dollars ($300.00). The allowance for bullet resistant vests will be renewed each seven (7) years of an employee's service. The following requirements must be met: Employees who receive payment for a new or used bullet resistant who voluntarily terminates their employment prior to the end of their first year of service shall be required to repay one hundred percent (100%) of the Company portion paid to be deducted from any monies due on termination. Employees who receive payment for a new or used bullet resistant garment who voluntarily terminates their employment prior to the end of their second (2nd) year of service required to repay seventy percent (70%) of the Company portion paid to be deducted from any monies due on termination. Effective the day following the ratification of the collective agreement, newly hired employees receive their bullet resistant subsidy in the following manner: Date of hire of the cost of the garment; One year service Two years service the cost of the garment and of the cost of the garment.
Bullet Resistant Vests. (a) The Employer shall reimburse full-time employees for one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of a new approved bullet-resistant vest to a maximum of four hundred dollars ($400.00).
Bullet Resistant Vests. (a) The Employer shall supply a vest from an approved vendor to full time employees upon receiptof a completed order form. The Employer will deduct the difference between the full cost ofthe vest,and four hundred and seventy-five dollars ($475). A list of approved vests appears in NIJ Standard 0101.06 and they shall be Level 111A as per Policy Committee. Employees working All Off shall have their vests (Level IIIa as per Policy Committee) paid onehundred percent (100%) by the Employer.
