Uniforms Work Clothes. 29.01 Uniforms‌ Upon request, the Employer shall furnish and pay for currently supplied uniform equipment for employees as required. All supplied uniform items shall be replaced on a one for one exchange basis when deemed appropriate by management. The Employer shall direct the appropriate code of uniform dress. Items of equipment must be returned to the Employer upon termination of employment. Proper BDU pants, or similar if discontinued, shall be supplied free of charge.

  • WORK CLOTHES The employer shall provide all necessary work clothes (coveralls, work shoes or equivalent, and insulated coveralls, winter coveralls and rain gear as needed), as well as safety equipment, including personal safety gear. Work clothes and safety gear provided by the company are the property of the company. When a new set of work clothes is provided, the worn set shall be handed in. Used safety equipment as mentioned above shall be properly cleaned before being reissued.

  • UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT Uniforms and equipment required by the Department to be worn/used by employees will be furnished by the Department.

The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past.
