Call-Back Hours. When an employee is called back to work after regularly scheduled working hours, the employee shall be paid from portal to portal with a minimum of two (2) hours pay. If an employee is called back after 2a.m. or is called back a second time the employee will be paid from portal to portal with a minimum of three (3) hours pay. This provision excludes early call-ins or holdovers.

Call-Back Hours. 15 8.6.1 A call-back is defined, for the purposes of this Section, as a call for an 16 employee to perform work after he/she has left the work site for the day, 17 but before his/her next scheduled day. 18 8.6.2 Any full-time employee who is called back during the regular workweek 19 shall be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours at the overtime 20 rate. A call-back for the sixth day, seventh day, holiday, or contracted 21 non-work day shall be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at 22 the overtime rate, except when a call-back on the sixth day, seventh day, 24 compensated for only two (2) hours at the overtime rate. 25 8.6.3 Any part-time employee who is called back during the regular 26 workweek shall be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours at the 27 overtime rate when the total hours exceed seven and one-half (7½). A 28 part-time employee who is called back for the sixth day, seventh day, 1 holiday, or other contracted non-work day shall be compensated for a 2 minimum of four (4) hours at the overtime rate. 3 8.6.4 There shall be no pyramiding of overtime and nothing in this Agreement 4 shall require payment of overtime more than once for the same hours 5 worked.
Call-Back Hours. When an employee has completed a shift and has been relieved for the day and has left the Company’s premises, or when an employee is on one of his regular days off and is recalled to work by Company management/supervisor, the employee shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours pay to include one (1) hour travel time. If the employee is called back an additional time he/she will receive pay at a minimum of four (4) hours. The Company reserves the right to assign work during the four hour call back time. This provision excludes early call-ins or holdovers.

A part-time employee who is 21 called back for the sixth day, seventh day, or holiday shall be 22 compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at the overtime rate. 23 8.6.4 There shall be no pyramiding of overtime and nothing in this Agreement 24 shall require payment of overtime more than once for the same hours 25 worked.

  • Call Back When a part-time employee meets the requirements to receive call-back pay in accordance with clause 28.01 and is entitled to receive the minimum payment rather than pay for actual time worked, the part-time employee shall be paid a minimum payment of four (4) hours pay at the straight-time rate.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Call Backs 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee: (i) is called back to work after completing the day’s work or duty, and having left the place of employment; or (ii) is called back before the normal time of starting work and does not continue working until such normal starting time; Call-back is to be paid at the appropriate overtime rate (clauses 8.2.2 (c) and (d)) for a minimum of three hours, or for actual working and travelling time, whichever is the greater, except that call-backs commencing and finishing within the minimum period covered by an earlier call-back shall not be paid for. Where a call-back commences before and continues beyond the end of a minimum period for a previous call-back, payment shall be made as if the employee had worked continuously from the beginning of the previous call-back, to the end of the later call-back.

  • Call Back From Vacation (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency. (b) When, during any vacation period, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed for all expenses incurred thereby by himself/herself, in proceeding to his/her place of duty and in returning to the place from which he/she was recalled upon resumption of vacation, upon submission of receipts (except for meals) to the Employer. (c) Time necessary for travel in returning to his/her place of duty and returning again to the place from which he/she was recalled shall not be counted against his/her remaining vacation entitlement.

  • Call Back Pay Employees who are called to report to work on their regular day off or that have been recalled to work after having left the Employer's premises, shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay plus travel time at the regular rate of pay for actual hours worked or at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is greater. Employees who are currently guaranteed a minimum of pay greater than two (2) hours shall continue to be paid at the greater minimum. Should the employee be paid for at least eight hours, travel time shall not be paid.

  • Vacation Sell Back Unit members may sell-back to the City up to twenty (20) days of accrued vacation each calendar year:

  • Annual Leave Loading During a period of annual leave an employee will receive a loading of 17.5 per cent calculated on the employee’s normal hourly rate of pay and the daily fares allowance if applicable. The loading will also apply to proportionate leave on lawful termination.

  • Callback from Vacation ‌ (a) Employees who have commenced their annual vacation shall not be called back to work, except in cases of extreme emergency.   • Call Back Compensation (a) Call back is an occasion where an employee has been released from duty and is called back to work prior to his/her normal starting time. On such occasions, the employee’s scheduled or recognized shift shall be made available for work, except that the Agency shall not be obligated to work the employee more than twelve (12) consecutive hours and the employee may choose not to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours, excluding meal periods, of combined call back time and regular shift time. (b) An employee who is called back to work outside his/her scheduled workshift shall be paid a minimum of the equivalent of two (2) hours pay at the overtime rate of pay computed from when the employee actually begins work. After two (2) hours work, in each call back situation, the employee shall be compensated at the appropriate rate of pay for time worked. (c) This provision does not apply to telephone calls at home or overtime work which is essentially a continuation of the scheduled workshift.
