Called. In/On-Call and Called-In/Not-On-Call Canceled: Bargaining unit employees working Called-In/On-Call shifts will be canceled, but shall re- main on-call. Bargaining unit employees working a Called-In/Not-On-Call shift may be canceled before one working a Called-In/On-Call shift.

Called. In, Not On-Call During an on-call period, additional staff may be needed to augment the on-call staff already called-in to the facility. A predetermined list of employees who are willing to come in on short notice can be established for this purpose. This list will be maintained for the critical need identified in the approved On-Call Management Plan only. It is not intended to compensate employees for routine staffing needs. The employees on the approved list will not be restricted in their movements, nor will they carry a pager. Employees who are called from the list and come in on short notice while not on-call will receive hourly pay equivalent to twice their hourly rate for a minimum of two (2) hours, travel pay as outlined above, and all applicable differentials. Bargaining unit employees will be expected to remain working on site for the entire two (2) hour period.
Called. On receiving the type 1 C_PDU, the called node responds with either a type 2 or type 3 C_PDU. After the type 2 C_PDU is sent, the called channel access sublayer shall declare physical link made (transition to DATA state). If further type 1 C_PDUs are received from the same address after the link is made, the CAS shall again reply with they type 2 C_PDU.

  • Informal Meetings The Engineer shall provide technical assistance, preparation of exhibits for, and minutes of informal meetings requested by the public to discuss the pending impacts to neighborhoods and businesses due to roadway shutdowns, detours and access restrictions or as deemed necessary. This is not to be confused with the formal public meetings held during the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process during schematic approval for Public Involvement. It is not anticipated that the Engineer’s participation will be needed for the NEPA process. Assistance (exhibits, attendance, etc.) may be required for a formal public meeting/hearing associated with schematic approval work.

  • Other Meetings Other meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board, the Chairman, the President or any director shall from time to time determine.

  • Informal Meeting Before a formal hearing is conducted the University President or designee shall call a meeting with the charging party, the accused Bargaining Unit Faculty Member, and a representative of the AAUP-WSU. The purpose of this meeting shall be to attempt resolution of the matter through informal discussion. Additional meetings may occur provided the University President or designee and the Bargaining Unit Faculty Member being charged believe that further meetings will serve a useful purpose.

  • Association Meetings The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.

  • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
