CAMPSITE. A campsite may be provided. The Contractor shall provide sleeping equipment such as tents or shelters, sleeping bags, etc. If the Government cannot provide a campsite, an overnight allowance may be authorized. (See Remain Overnight Allowance (XXX)).
CAMPSITE. The general campsite area and specific locations of all camp facilities shall be located so that good natural drainage is provided.
CAMPSITE. A designated campsite with adequate on-site support facilities will be provided upon arrival of the crew at the incident or host unit. The Vendor is responsible for ensuring that all crew personnel arrive with equipment to suit the conditions, such as tents, shelters, ground cloths, and sleeping bags. CAMPSITE. LGP demises and leases to Camper and Camper leases from LGP the campsite described as Information Specific in the LGP campground, Town of Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx County, New York. This campsite, including any improvements made by LGP, thereon is hereinafter sometimes described as “demised premises.” ON this campsite the camper places a “Camp Unit” that complies with the length definitions below and described as: Information Specific.
CAMPSITE. The Campground will allow the Camper the quiet and 99 unimpeded use of a Campsite for all lawful purposes consistent with the 100 Campground’s Rules. 101 (b) Campground Common Features and Attractions. The Campground 102 will allow the Camper to use its common features and attractions, which are 103 shared with all other Campers. Because of varying numbers of Campers, 104 maintenance requirements and weather, there is no guaranty of availability of 105 any common features or attractions. 106 (c) Services. The Campground provides the following services: Service Camper Pays Included Electricity Water supply Direct sewer connection Lawn mowing and ground maintenance 107 108 (d)Maintenance. The Campground will use its best efforts clean, 109 maintain and repair common areas, pathways, roads and facilities.
CAMPSITE. When the Government cannot provide a campsite after the first shift worked, the Government will pay actual lodging expenses or the per diem locality rate published by the General Services Administration (GSA), whichever is less.
a. Double occupancy of hotel rooms is required for Corps members.
b. Lodging taxes are reimbursable as documented.
c. Lodging receipts and documentation by incident personnel that a campsite was not provided must be submitted as supporting documentation with payment documents.
CAMPSITE. Every camp shall be so located that the best possible drainage can be provided to guard against year round climatic conditions.
CAMPSITE. The general campsite area and specific locations of all camp facilities shall be located so that good natural drainage is provided. Drainage from the camp shall not contaminate any water supply. The camp location and boundaries shall be approved by the Contract Representative in charge and be confined to the agreed-to area.
CAMPSITE. A. The CAMPERS may have LODGING on Site Number «Site_No» . The CAMPERS shall have exclusive LODGING on the CAMPSITE for the purposes allowed by this CONTRACT.
B. CAMPERS have had the opportunity to inspect the CAMPSITE and accept its condition.
C. The CAMPSITE includes:
1. An electrical connection which provides domestic electricity not to exceed 50 amps. All sites will have a minimum of 30 amps.
2. A water supply line which is connected to a private water well.
3. A connection to a private on-site wastewater treatment system or service to empty a transfer tank on the CAMPING UNIT which holds wastewater generated by the CAMPERS.
4. A parking area which may be used for up to two VEHICLES of the CAMPERS or GUESTS as space allows.
5. Space on which the CAMPERS may place one (1) storage shed, which must be constructed of vinyl or resin and may not be larger than 4 feet by 4 feet by 6 feet, without written permission.
6. CAMPERS may not place any structures (including porches or patios) without approval by the CAMPGROUND before it is constructed. Construction may require a local building permit. CAMPERS, and not the CAMPGROUND, are solely responsible for complying with building permit requirements.
7. Space on which the CAMPERS may place a porch or patio whose design and construction is approved in writing by the CAMPGROUND before it is constructed.
8. The right to place a table and reasonable number of chairs and umbrella on the CAMPSITE.
9. A location, which shall be approved by the CAMPGROUND, on which the CAMPERS may place a CAMPING UNIT.
10. A fire ring and picnic table may also be provided by the CAMPGROUND and subject to maintenance and upkeep by the CAMPER. These items if provided must be returned to the CAMPGROUND in good working order or the CAMPER may be charged for damages or replacement of the items.
11. No other objects of any kind may be placed on the CAMPSITE without permission in advance from the CAMPGROUND. This includes trailers, boats, vehicles, or other equipment that is not in daily use by the CAMPERS.
12. Long-term storage of trailers and boats is not allowed. Boats may remain on the CAMPSITE as space allows while in use by CAMPERS but must be removed when CAMPERS are not present at the CAMPGROUND.
D. The CAMPGROUND retains the right to direct the CAMPERS to remove any article of personal property of any kind whatsoever if the CAMPGROUND in the sole discretion of the CAMPGROUND determines that the personal property is inconsistent with th...
CAMPSITE. Check Form of Use: Full-time (recreational use): (greater than 90 days use) Part-time (recreational use): (less than 90 days use) Subject to the terms of this contract, the Owner rents to camper the campsite # at the Green Acre Park ,. The contract of use of the Site by the Owner to the camper shall be in consideration for the subject to the following terms and conditions: A 12 month contract for a term commencing on the 1st day of November 2017. Expiring on the 31st day of October , 2018. Is expressly acknowledged that there is no representation of assurance by the Owner to the Camper that his contract will be renewed annually and absent any written agreement of renewal of this contract for any period, the Camper shall vacate the site at the end of the term. Campsite fees are based duration of stay and are detailed on Schedule B, included in this contract.
