Center Manager. 8.5.1. The Center Manager shall lead the activities of BRC operationally and present reports to the Program Committee. LiU shall appoint the Center Manager. 8.5.2. The Center Manager shall be employed by XxX, whom shall be responsible for working conditions etc. The costs for the Center Manager shall be paid by BRC. 8.5.3. The Center Manager shall be responsible for: - monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - preparing and submitting reports and other deliverables - keeping an address list of Parties and other contact persons updated and available - administering the financial contributions and fulfilling the financial tasks - transmitting documents and information connected with the Projects as appropriate - providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Center Manager when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims 8.5.4. Detailed instructions for the Center Manager may be decided upon by XxX. 8.5.5. The Center Manager shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any Party.

Center Manager. A. The School Board shall designate a Center Manager who shall be responsible, in coordination with the Joint Management Advisory Board, for the proper scheduling and operation of the Center, which shall include maintenance of the facility and scheduling of staff adequate for the needs of each party. B. The Center Manager shall be responsible for assuring that the Center rules and regulations, as adopted or amended from time to time by the School Board and the City, are carried out and properly enforced. The Center Manager shall be responsible for recommending such rules and regulations and such amendments thereto as may be necessary from time to time to the Joint Management Advisory Board. For the sake of security and safety, the Center Manager shall be responsible for locking and unlocking the facility. C. At all times that the School Board, PAO, or the City is using any stage facilities including sound and/or lighting systems, such use shall be scheduled with the Center Manager. D. The Center Manager shall maintain a master calendar of the events scheduled for the Center. E. The Center Manager shall be responsible for third party bookings and rentals of the Center. F. In the event that a schedule conflict arises between the parties which the Center Manager cannot resolve, said conflict will initially be referred to the City Manager and the Principal for resolution. If resolution can not be achieved, the matter will be referred to the School Board and the City Council. G. The Center Manager shall be available to assist the City in technical matters, and, on a Consultancy basis at the Center Manager's normal hourly pay rate, to advise the City regarding City-sponsored, revenue-generating projects and productions.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Alliance Manager Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”).   • Union/Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.
