Civil Service Regulations. Civil service laws and regulations shall be applied to the conducting and grading of civil service examinations, the rating of candidates, the establishment of eligibility lists from the examination and the original appointments from such eligibility lists.

Any Contractor who fails to do so may be terminated for cause as set forth below.
