Classification and Evaluation of Positions. The classification, evaluation, reclassification and revaluation of positions covered by this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the current Classification and Evaluation Agreement made between the City and the Union dated 1979 March 27.

Classification and Evaluation of Positions. The classification, evaluation, reclassification and revaluation of positions covered by this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the procedure set forth in the current Job Evaluation Agreement made between the Employer and the Union.
Classification and Evaluation of Positions. The classification and evaluation of new and existing positions covered by this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pay Equity/Gender Neutral Job Evaluation Agreement (revised April 2010) and the Pay Equity Implementation Agreement both dated June 16, 1999, until such time as the Job Evaluation Joint Committee (JEJC) shall recommend to the parties the following:
Classification and Evaluation of Positions. 17.01 In the event that a new position is created, the Employer will prepare a job description and/or a classification and enter into discussion with the union to establish a pay rate for the new position.

Related to Classification and Evaluation of Positions

  • Determination of Position(s) The Appointing Authority shall determine the position(s) in the class or class option, if one exists, and employment condition and work location which is to be eliminated.

  • Elimination of Positions Existing positions of special responsibility shall not be eliminated or changed without prior consultation with the Association.

  • Evaluation and Comparison of Tenders 2.24.1 The Procuring entity will evaluate and compare the tenders which have been determined to be substantially responsive, pursuant to paragraph 2.22

  • Reclassification of Position An employee shall not have her salary reduced by reason of a change in the classification of her position that is caused other than by the employee herself.

  • Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.
