Closeouts. The Subrecipient’s obligation to the Grantee shall not end until all close-out requirements are completed. Activities during this close-out period shall include, but are not limited to: making final payments, disposing of program assets (including the return of all unused materials, equipment, unspent cash advances, program income balances, and accounts receivable to the Grantee), and determining the custodianship of records. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect during any period that the Subrecipient has control over CDBG funds, including program income.

REVERSION OF ASSETS Upon expiration of the contract, the PROVIDER (SUBRECIPIENT) shall transfer to the recipient any CDBG funds on hand at the time of the expiration and any accounts receivable attributable to the use of CDBG funds. It shall also include provisions designed to ensure that any real property under the PROVIDER (SUBRECIPIENT)’s control that was acquired or improved in whole or in part with CDBG funds (including CDBG funds provided to the sub recipient in the form of a loan) in excess of $25,000 is either:
