Clothes Room. Each job of sufficient size and length to justify same shall be provided with a shed or room for the Employees to change their clothes and keep their tools.

Clothes Room. (a) Arrangements shall be made to provide clean and heated facilities for the eating of lunches, the hanging and drying of clothes and the safe storage and lockup of Employee and Employer tools. Such facilities shall have windows and venting with adequate lighting and provision for continuous heat twenty-four (24) hours a day. The Employer shall be responsible for having the lockup and lunchroom cleaned up daily and kept cleared of building materials and other construction paraphernalia. On jobs of insufficient size or duration to warrant the foregoing conditions, this clause shall not apply. On large jobs where an Insulator General Xxxxxxx is employed by the contractor, it is understood that the lunch area shall not be used to store tools, clothing, or equipment. (b) Where the Employer claims "insufficient size or duration" and a disagreement arises, the resulting disagreement shall be adjudicated by a called meeting of the Joint Trade Board. (c) The Employer must assure the safety of members' tools and work clothes against fire and burglary, and when working over water or such other areas where tools cannot be retrieved while in his employ and in the event of loss thereby, replace same. If so requested by the Employer, the Employee will submit to the Superintendent or Company Representative an inventory of tools Heat & Frost Insulators, Local 118 Standard 1, 2014 to 30, 2016 carried.
Clothes Room. Every Employer shall, at all times, supply adequate drinking water in a covered container with individual drinking cups [Ice where necessary and available] or a water cooler with sealed bottle water. The Employees shall be provided with, at the commencement of the job, a sanitary and adequately lighted and heated place of shelter, with benches and tables, where they may eat their lunch, change their clothes, and safely keep their tools. The Employer shall provide a “Gang Box” with lock, for safe guarding Where special wearing apparel is required, it shall be supplied for use of the Employees without cost. Such equipment supplied by the Employer shall be charged against the Employee, and credited to upon its return.

Clothes Room. The Employee shall provide a clean comfortable heated shed or room of suitable size, relative to the number of Laborers employed, for the Laborers to change their clothes and partake of their lunch. Such place shall not be used to store tools, equipment or materials.

  • Clothing Employees after 152 hours employment with the Company will be supplied with: i) Two sets of shorts, overalls or trousers and shirts, or any combination of clothing as agreed between the employees and the Company which shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis; ii) Safety boots will be provided on commencement of employment and replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. iii) A jumper, or in the case of employees engaged upon construction work, a bluey jacket, which shall be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. iv) Where ever possible ‘Australian Made’ protective clothing will be issued.

  • Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.

  • Lavatories Cleaning and janitorial services to be provided in the common area lavatories of the building shall include: 1. Dusting, damp mopping of resilient floors, trash removal, sanitizing of basins, bowls and urinals as well as cleaning of mirrors and bright work. 2. Refilling of soap, towel, tissue and sanitary dispensers to be rendered as necessary. 3. High dusting to be rendered as needed.

  • Baggage For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order.   • Wash all machine-washable bedding, drapes, and clothing, on the hottest water temperature and dry on the highest heat setting. Items that cannot be washed must be taken to a dry cleaner who MUST be informed of the issue. You must safely discard ALL items that cannot be decontaminated.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • Room The Manager grants the Resident occupancy of single space within a shared Resident unit in the Residence owned by the Institution known as: “Confederation College Residence - Xxxxxx Xxxx” (the “Residence”) for the duration of the Term. The number of Residents sharing the unit is dependent on the unit assigned to the Resident.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.
