Coaching Stipends. Effective upon ratification, head coaches shall be paid an additional $125 per day for work done outside the Academic Year (as defined in Article 16.1), said days subject to written approval signed by the Division Xxxx and the Vice President of Instruction. Stipend days must be reported in hours (ex. 5 hours at $25 per hour = $125.)
Coaching Stipends. District classified employees shall be given preference over outside applicants for vacant coaching positions. CSEA members will be paid according to the KUTA’s Exhibit B Extra-Curricular Salary Schedule, based on the same Category and Steps that are paid to a Certificated member (KUTA).
Coaching Stipends. Coaches will receive a coaching stipend for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities as outlined in Article XII. Effective July 1, 2018, part-time unit members that are Head Coaches will receive a stipend of ten percent (10%) of the column I, step 1 annual salary on the full-time faculty salary schedule. Part-time unit members with an assistant coaching assignment will receive a stipend of three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) only and stipends may not be split among coaches. No class assignment is guaranteed, however, classes may be assigned by the Xxxx. The number of assistant coaches for each sport will be set by management.
Coaching Stipends. Such stipends are included herein as Appendix B. After 9 years, the stipend shall increase by 3% each year, unless step 9 is greater than the 3% increase in which case the individual shall remain on step 9.
Coaching Stipends. If an employee has an extracurricular stipend, they will need to clock out of the system when they are completing the extracurricular job and fill out the proper paperwork for the stipend amount. Employees should not be entering District paid time off for time when they are completing extracurricular responsibilities, which is paid through a stipend.

Coaching Stipends. Coaching salaries will be derived as follows: Newly hired coaches will receive the state ILS average. Coaches who were at the state ILS average the previous school year will receive the most recent state ILS average plus five (5) percent for assistant coaches and seven (7) percent for head coaches. Individuals already above the state ILS average will receive an increase of five (5) percent for assistant coaches and five (5) percent for head coaches. The stipulations and clarifications of placement for positions that are not reflected in the ILS Report are as follows:
A. Assistant High School Football Coach equals the state average for 2nd Assistant salary.
B. Junior High Head Football Coach equals the state average for 1st Assistant salary.
C. Girls Gymnastics Coach equals the state average for Head Volleyball Coach salary.
D. Winter Track Coach equals the state average for Cross Country Co-Ed Coach salary.
E. Faculty Manager equals fifty (50) percent of the state average for Athletic Director's salary, or if the Athletic Director is not listed in the ILS Report, it will be fifty (50) percent of the state average for the Trainer's salary.
F. When there is no state average for an Assistant Coach the individual will receive sixty-five (65) percent of the Head Coach's salary as computed using the ILS average.
G. When the ILS Report reflects an inconsistency between boys’ and girls’ sports, the higher of the two is used to derive the coach's salary.
