Commencement and Duration of Pregnancy/Parental Leave. (a) Upon application to the Administrator of the Lodge, an employee shall be entitled to an unpaid leave of absence for a period of up to seventeen (17) weeks of pregnancy leave. Upon application to the Administrator of the Lodge, an employee shall be entitled to an unpaid leave of absence for a period of up to thirty-five (35) weeks of parental leave.
