Completion of Sabbatical Leave a. Upon completion of the sabbatical leave, the recipient must return to college duties for a period of time at least equal to that of the approved sabbatical leave before they are eligible to apply for another sabbatical leave. Failure to return from leave as outlined in the signed contract will result in the recipient repaying all salary provided by the college during the approved leave. The recipient shall be placed in a position at a salary no less than the one received before the leave. It is the intention of the college to place the recipient in the same or similar position upon return.
