Training and Equipment. Recognizing the uniqueness of the job being performed within the establishment, the Employer shall provide a comprehensive training program for all employees. The Employer agrees that no employee function shall be performed until such time as appropriate training has first been received and the appropriate equipment has been provided, except with respect to specific on-the- job training. It is expressly agreed that the parties shall meet within thirty (30) days following the ratification of the collective agreement to discuss and review the needs, requirements, facilities and any other matters necessary for the compliance with this provision and CATSA regulations.
Training and Equipment. The Parties shall include technical cooperation and coordination issues related to standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures on the agenda of the Free Trade Coordinators as required.

21.02 All advanced training shall be offered based on seniority and qualifications. In the event that two (2) or more employees are deemed equally qualified, seniority will prevail. 21.03 Sufficient supply of latex and cotton gloves will be provided at each screening point for the use of employees, on as needed basis, when the employee believes there is a health risk.
21.04 Hand sanitizer will be provided.
21.05 The Company will provide a fridge, tables, microwave, utensils, toaster- oven, kettle, coffeepot, for employees’ lunches in their lunchroom.
21.06 The Company will be responsible to repair, or replace, furniture in lunchrooms in a timely manner and the company will provide cleaning materials needed to keep the area clean. The Company will also be responsible to have the fridges cleaned once a month.
21.07 Employees will be paid for any hours spent in training, testing and certification, which hours may qualify for overtime pay.
21.08 The Company will reimburse up to thirty dollars ($30.00) per employee towards an annual flu vaccination for all employees.
21.09 All employees at their option can participate in French language classes. The Company will provide financial aid to help an employee attend French classes on their own time without pay. However, if there are more than four (4) employees that are interested in French language classes, the Company shall arrange group sessions that will be pre-paid and arranged by the Company for a 100% reimbursement up to a maximum of
21.10 The Company shall provide any and all changes to SOP and or policies in writing to all screeners, as soon as possible and provide training when relevant.

Training and Equipment. The Principal provides the Professional Temporary Staff with all necessary information, training and equipment that is required for the execution of the respective Assignment (taking into account the split of responsibilities contained in Annex B: Technical Specification) and the Principal shall be responsible for the day-to-day guidance and management of the Professional Temporary Staff as could be expected in an ordinary employment relationship.
