In order to allow Reveal to find mutual opportunities with Trusted Business Partners and provide Sales predictive intelligence, the Customer first connects its Data Source (e.g.: a CRM system) to the Nearbound Platform, via a web application or a REST API. Reveal imports selected data from the Customer’s CRM Data, this is the Processed CRM Data. Customers can at any moment disconnect their CRM so that Reveal no longer refreshes the Processed CRM data pulled from the Customer’s CRM Data, or delete their CRM connection so that Reveal completely deletes any previously stored Processed CRM Data from its databases.
Connect i. Teachers, administrators, students, and families use SchoolPace Connect to access digital resources, lessons, and videos from American Reading Company. Rostering data is used to provide the correct content to each teacher and student. Analytics data tracks which users have accessed each resource, and how long each resource was used.
Connect. 1.26.1 The Connect bolt on is available to users who have both a Horizon user licence and a Gamma Mobile connection.
1.26.2 Any call recording feature may record personal calls made by your employees or anyone else who may use your Service to make or receive calls. You accept that it is your responsibility to ensure any such users are aware of this and you agree to indemnify us from any claims which may be a direct or indirect consequence of such call recordings being made.
1.26.3 Connect users will receive an inclusive call allowance for outbound calls to UK 01,02,03 numbers and some UK 07 mobile numbers whether the calls are made from their Horizon phone or from their mobile phone. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate mobile allowances and/or bolt ons to cover any mobile usage which is outside the scope of Connect (including but not limited to data usage, sms usage and all roaming usage).
1.26.4 All features of the Connect Service are available to users when roaming overseas, however, the Connect service is not guaranteed on some networks in a few countries where normal mobile voice, text and data services will continue to be available.
Connect. 31.1 Where your Connect circuit is delivered, or partly delivered, over a BT End User Access line, any Service Level Agreement guarantees on availability do not include the BT End User Access Line.

CULTURE Committee expressly reserves its right at any time upon prior notice to Vendor (except in emergencies), to cause the removal of any of Vendor's officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensees, guests or invitees, who in the reasonable discretion of City has engaged or is engaging in illegal, undesirable, disruptive or hazardous behavior.

Connect i’s Processing of Personal Data. Connect-i shall treat Personal Data as Confidential Information and shall Process Personal Data on behalf of and only in accordance with Customer’s documented instructions for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement and applicable Order Form(s); (ii) Processing initiated by Users in their use of the Services; and (iii) Processing to comply with other documented reasonable instructions provided by Customer (e.g., via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement.

Connect. Direct/NDM: A communications protocol product of Sterling Corporation which is used to electronically transmit data files between SBC Telcos and Customer. Customer: Customer, for the purposes of this contract, means the purchaser of SBC Telco Billing and Collections Services. Customer Message: The individual call detail including Customer’s charges to the End User. Data Set: The file containing End User messages which is transmitted by Customer to the SBC Telco for billing. Data Transmission: The process of sending standard format call detail or records from one location to another using standard transmission software programs, such as Connect:Direct/NDM software, or in the alternative, the transfer of Customer message detail to the SBC Telco by magnetic tape. Date Created: A six-position numeric field in the EMI header record that identifies the date a pack or Data Set was created by Customer. Denial of Service: Consists of denying an End User's access to the network or portions of the network in cases of insufficient payment.
