Construction Sequence. The Engineer shall consider the requirements for construction staging and traffic control throughout the development of schematic design to ensure that the proposed design can be constructed. The Engineer shall provide construction phasing assumptions to the State as requested.

Construction Sequence. (Rev. 7-07-2016) 560 SP1 R34R (REV.) The Contractor shall construct the project according to the following sequence:
Construction Sequence. As Amendment #6 is a predecessor amendment to pending Amendment #7, Amendment #7 will include a detailed construction sequence description that incorporates this Amendment #6 scope of work.
Construction Sequence. Main water lines, sewer lines, storm sewers, and roadways shall be constructed in an orderly sequence as the addition is developed and built upon, weather conditions permitting, so that there will be no gaps left in street paving, curbs, gutters and other off-site improvements. Streets shall not be paved until all water lines, storm sewers, and property water and sewer services are in place and the trenches thereof properly backfilled and compacted in accordance with City requirements. The Owner shall receive the approval from the Public Works Director, City Engineer or designated authority for any and all phases of construction. The construction shall be completed in accordance with City approved plans. Owner shall provide, through his/her engineer, all completion documents concerning the subdivision construction, including but not limited to: as- constructed drawings; Certificates of Completion, and completed “punch list” items as accepted by the Public Works Director and City Engineer, prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy for any building in the Addition.
Construction Sequence. Replace paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) with the following: “In all cases where kerbing and/or channelling adjoin the bituminous surface of the road, the kerbing and/or channelling may only be constructed after the bituminous surface has been completed. Before commencing with the kerbing and/or channelling, the surfacing and the base, shall be accurately cut to line with a mechanical saw to a minimum depth of 75mm. After excavation the concrete shall then be cast against the cut surface without formwork. All material outside the cut line must be carefully removed to the required thickness of concrete without damaging the edge before commencing with the casting of the concrete. No payment shall be made for repair work as instructed by the engineer to damage caused by the cutting/excavating process of surfacing and base layers. Any concrete spilt onto the surfacing shall immediately be removed and cleaned. Where so required by the engineer, the contractor shall, without any additional compensation, paint emulsion over the stained surface. Add the following sub clause:
