This Contract contains the entire and integrated agreement between Professional and OWNER as to its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations, correspondence, understandings, representations and agreements, written or oral, related to it. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions of this Contract and those of any standard sales forms presented by Professional or such forms appearing in or referenced by Professional's bid or proposal, the terms and conditions of this Contract shall prevail.
