CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY a. Fax, instant messaging, and other modes of communication may be used at the Contractors option, but cannot substituted for telephone, videophone, and email responses. b. If Contractor is not open during evening and weekends, the Contractor must have an outgoing answering message and/or service that indicates the Contractors regular service hours and response time, as well as an electronic away message (i.e. Outlook “Out of Office” reply) for all emails received after business hours. c. During Contractors vacation and holidays, the Contractor must have an answering message and/or service that indicates Contractors return time, when the Contractor will respond to requests, and refer Purchaser to ODHH’s website which provides a list of available agencies.

CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY a. Fax, instant messaging, and other modes of communication may be used as the Contractor’s additional option(s), but cannot be substituted for telephone, videophone, and email responses. c. During the State business hours, the Contractor must respond to all Service Requests, complete or incomplete by the end of that business day. d. If a Contractor is not open during evening and weekends, the Contractor must have an outgoing answering message and/or service that indicates the Contractor’s regular service hours and response time, as well as an electronic away message (e.g. Outlook “Out of Office” reply) for all emails received after regular business hours. e. During Contractor’s vacation and holidays, Contractor must have an answering message and/or service that indicates return time, when the Contractor will respond to requests, and refers Purchasers to the Master Contract website, which provides a list of Awarded Interpreters. f. If the Contractor temporarily ceases business operations, this must be indicated on the Contractors outgoing telephone message and email auto-reply message. In addition, the message must also refer Purchasers to the Master Contract list of Awarded Interpreters.
CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. The Contractor shall provide Interpreter services during the hours indicated by the Contractor on the Contractor Bidder Form submitted in response to RFQQ #1245-002 and as shown below. Days; Monday – Friday; 8 am – 5 pm Nights; Monday – Thursday; 5 pm – 8 am Weekends; Friday 5 pm – Monday 8 am 24/7; 24 hours / 7 days a week Contractors who indicate twenty-four hours a day/seven days a week (24/7) availability are required to process requests for Sign Language Interpreter services 24 hours a day as indicated. Contractors must provide contact information for after business hours. Emergencies – 4 hour notice/confirmation Contractors who indicate emergency availability are required to process requests for Sign Language Interpreter services during the days, nights, and weekend hours on an Emergency basis. Contractors are required to confirm Interpreter availability/non-availability immediately and be prepared to provide such emergency Interpreter services as requested including reasonable time to allow Portal to Portal travel. Contractors must provide contact information for emergencies. Holidays Observed by the State of Washington as defined in RCW 1.16.050.
CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. Contractor or Contractor’s authorized agent shall be available at Contractor’s sole expense for up to [insert number of required visits – if no number is specified the default number shall be 4] visits to San Francisco to ensure the proper installation and operation of the Artwork. CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. The Contractor shall maintain a telephone at which it or its representative may be reached 24 hours daily. The telephone shall be listed in the Contractor’s name. If the Contractor does not have a local telephone, it shall maintain a toll-free emergency telephone (or accept collect calls from authorized Government personnel), at which it or its representative may be reached at night, weekends, and holidays. It is mandatory that the Contractor or its representative be available at a toll-free telephone 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays. Contractor shall notify the OIC in writing of the mailing address and telephone number within three days after award of this contract and immediately thereafter in the event of change.” By executing this Agreement, CONTRACTOR represents and certifies:
CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY. The Contractor shall provide a local telephone number, which is not a toll call from Seminole County, where he/she or the designated representative may be reached during normal duty hours. The Project Manager and Alternate shall carry a telephone and the number shall be provided to the County Contract Administrator or designated representative, prior to contract performance and immediately upon any change, throughout the term of this contract.

  • Service Availability You understand that Service availability is at all times conditioned upon the corresponding operation and availability of the communication systems used in communicating your instructions and requests to the Credit Union. We will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for any loss or damage thereby incurred by you in the event of any failure or interruption of such communication systems or services resulting from the act or omission of any third party, or from any other cause not reasonably within the control of the Credit Union.

  • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • High Availability Registry Operator will conduct its operations using network and geographically diverse, redundant servers (including network-­‐level redundancy, end-­‐node level redundancy and the implementation of a load balancing scheme where applicable) to ensure continued operation in the case of technical failure (widespread or local), or an extraordinary occurrence or circumstance beyond the control of the Registry Operator. Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.
