Contractor Reports. 10 CONTRACTOR shall submit reports through the Customer Information 11 System for daily collection data and processing data as described in Exhibit 8. 12 CONTRACTOR shall submit to the City Representative daily, monthly, quarterly 13 and annual reports containing the information, in the format, and at the times 14 described in Exhibit 8. CONTRACTOR shall not change the format, sections or 15 categories of these reports without written approval by the City Representative
Contractor Reports. Failure to provide the reports required by the Agreement as provided in Section 9 subsequent to the Transition Period. For each day of delay, a penalty in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) shall be assessed. In addition, the TOWN shall withhold payment for services until receipt of reports.
Contractor Reports. When requested by Company, or if otherwise applicable, Contractor will furnish regular reports (either daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly as requested by Company) covering any Work, materials, products and equipment furnished by Contractor for which Company is obligated to pay. All overtime, mileage, travel, equipment rentals, materials, products and equipment used, or any other charges incurred, shall be properly documented on such reports. The quantity, description and condition of any Work, materials, products and equipment furnished shall be verified and checked by Contractor, and all delivery tickets shall be properly certified as to receipt by Contractor’s representative. Contractor must obtain approval of Company’s representative prior to the purchase of materials, products or equipment for which Contractor will seek reimbursement by Company.
Contractor Reports. (a) Upon departure of each Contractor Feeder Air Service flight from Feeder Air Service cities, flight close-out entries shall be made by Contractor in SABRE as required by AA. If Contractor becomes aware of any station(s) which have any deficiencies in making "close-out "entries as required by this Section, Contractor will promptly take corrective action to remedy such problem including the submission to AA of a corrective action plan.
(b) Contractor will furnish to AA operating performance reports in accordance with Exhibit K.
(c) Contractor will furnish to AA (1) within 45 days after the end of each of the three interim calendar quarters, unaudited financial statements including Contractor's then current corporate balance sheet and profit and loss statement, and (2) within 91 days after the end of Contractor's fiscal year, Contractor's then current, audited financial statements including, either separately or on a consolidated basis, the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement, together with associated footnotes, and a copy of the independent auditor's report.
(d) AA may inspect Contractor's corporate records and accounts related to Contractor's Feeder Air Services, from time to time, upon reasonable notice during the life of this Agreement.
(e) Each business day Contractor will furnish to AA (Attention: - Director - Planning) daily operating reports for each day of the week in a format specified by AA for the preceding day(s) as per Exhibit K.
Contractor Reports. Contractor must make the following information continuously available to the Gilbert Police Tow Program supervisor. Contractor shall also submit a monthly report (formal report) containing this information to the Xxxxxxx Police Tow Program supervisor. The Town will provide Contractor with its preferred method of delivery for this report (e.g., email, United States Mail). The following information must be contained in the report:
a. Name, address and telephone information of Contractor
b. Name of Contractor’s representative who prepared the report
c. Total police-ordered impounds for the reporting period and total police-ordered impounds that remain unclaimed.
d. List of vehicles, with sufficient descriptive information, to which Contractor applied for title. List must also indicate the date vehicle was impounded and date Contractor applied for title.
e. Sufficient detail for all incidence of theft of a vehicle, theft from a vehicle or damage to a vehicle where the vehicle came into Contractor’s care or custody because it was the subject of Work under this Agreement.
f. Sufficient detail about all claims/ complaints from the public concerning theft of a vehicle, theft from a vehicle or damage to a vehicle where the vehicle came into Contractor’s care or custody because it was the subject of Work under this Agreement.
Contractor Reports. During the Construction Period, promptly after receipt thereof, a copy of each report delivered by the Facility Contractor or Greenhouse Contractor to the Borrower pursuant to the Facility Construction Contract or Greenhouse Construction Contract, respectively.

(f) Contractor will be responsible for filing all reports and plans relating to its operations with the DOD, DOT, FAA, NTSB or any state or airport authority, and Contractor will promptly furnish AA with copies of all such reports and such other available traffic and operating reports as AA may request from time to time during the life of this Agreement as per Exhibit K.
(g) Contractor will promptly furnish AA with a copy of every report and plan that Contractor prepares, whether or not such report is filed with the FAA, NTSB or any other governmental agency, relating to any accident or incident involving an aircraft used by Contractor in performing services under this Agreement, whether or not such aircraft bears any Marks, when such accident or incident is claimed to have resulted in the death or injury to any person or the loss of, damage to or destruction of any property.

Contractor Reports. Reports programmed into County’s RMIS will be generated and provided by e-mail to RMIS system users by County’s RMIS service provider. Contractor shall provide other periodic reports required by the CCA and the Chief Administrative Officer or his designee to enable analysis and monitoring of incidents, claims, frequency, severity, funding/department, cause, fiscal status, law firm activity, location, claim activity trends, lawsuit settlements, allocated costs, reserve aging, litigation defense activity, legal fees and costs, and disposition of suits. Reports that Contractor will provide are shown in Attachment J - Contractor Reports.
Contractor Reports. 5.1 Contractor shall provide SCE with separate reports for each participating Utility for the services performed under this Agreement. Required data shall be compiled in electronic mode, employing a software suitable to exchange information with SCE, subject to approval of SCE's Program Manager. SCE may request that Contractor submit program documentation, including invoices, electronically.
5.1.1 A weekly invoice report as described below in Section 10;
5.1.2 A monthly report, provided no later than the 15th Calendar Day of the preceding month's activity which shall contain the following: 2002 STATEWIDE RESIDENTIAL REFRIGERATOR RECYCLING AGREEMENT
(i) Number of Eligible Refrigerators and Freezers processed through the Recycling Center during the previous month and the size in cubic feet, year of manufacture, style, and defrost type.
(ii) Environmental data such as an estimated breakdown of amount of CFCs/HCFCs/HFCs recovered; number of pounds of PCB articles removed; number of pounds of mercury articles removed, number and size of recycled Eligible Refrigerators and Freezers containing CFC-11; amount of compressor oil recycled; and weight of metals materials sold for recycling: and the weight of non-recyclable materials disposed.
(iii) An unaudited accounting of CFL packs remaining in Contractor's inventory of CFL packs. At the end of the program year, Contractor shall complete and provide SCE with a reconciliation to account for the CFL packs that were defective, damaged, or stolen. Contractor shall reimburse SCE for any and all CFL Packs stolen from Contractor after delivery to Contractor.
5.1.3 A final Program report summarizing year-to-date Program information, if required, shall be submitted to SCE no later than thirty (30) Calendar Days after the termination of this Agreement.

As directed by the City Representative, CONTRACTOR shall submit any additional reports to the CITY that are required by law and, if applicable, as may be amended. CONTRACTOR shall submit such reports in the format and timeframe as directed and approved by the City Representative.
