Contractor’s Personnel Standards. Contractor shall provide as reasonably necessary all labor and professional, supervisory and managerial personnel as are required to perform the Services. All individuals employed by Contractor to perform the Services shall be employees of Contractor (or its contractors), and their working hours, rates of compensation and all other matters shall be determined solely by Contractor.

Contractor’s Personnel Standards. CONTRACTOR shall determine that all staff providing services under this Agreement shall be personally and professionally qualified to perform the job requirements under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a resume for each employee which shall include qualifying education, experience and licenses, if applicable. COUNTY may review resumes of all CONTRACTOR’S employees to determine that CONTRACTOR is meeting State and/or Federal job qualification requirements, if applicable under this Agreement. Contractor’s Personnel Standards. A. The Contractor will use all reasonable care consistent with its rights to manage and control its operation, not to employ any persons, use any labor, use or have any equipment, or permit any condition to exist which may cause, or be conducive to, any complaint, trouble, dispute or controversy which interferes or is likely to interfere with the operation of the Airport or with other Airport employees. The Director of Maintenance may reject any Contractor employee if the employee is deemed to be unsuitable to work at the Airport and the Contractor will imme- diately replace said employee.

  • Service Level Standards In addition to all other requirements in this Agreement, and in accordance with the Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines, Vendor shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to meet the Service Level Standards set forth below.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Work Standards The Contractor shall execute its responsibilities by following and applying at all times the highest professional and technical guidelines and standards. If the State becomes dissatisfied with the work product of or the working relationship with those individuals assigned to work on this Contract, the State may request in writing the replacement of any or all such individuals, and the Contractor shall grant such request.

  • Service Standards We provide the Services materially in accordance with the features and functionalities set out in the Specification Documents. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to you subject to operational requirements including maintenance and security.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.

  • Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.

  • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of the Building and the Project and their invitees. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said Rules and Regulations by other tenants of the Project.
