CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN PARTIES. 4:01 Correspondence between the parties to this Agreement shall be by the Union through the Director of Corporate Services for the District and by the Employer through the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union.

Unless mutually agreed otherwise, all correspondence between the parties arising out of this agreement shall if originating from the Union be addressed to: Chief Administrative Officer (or Commissioner of Corporate Services) The Regional Municipality of York 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0 and if originating from the Employer shall be addressed to the: Unit Chair or Secretary Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 905 (Long Term Care Unit) 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Newmarket, Ontario L3Y 3V8 or: Inter-office to the CUPE Local 905 mailbox 32.2 CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEES A copy of any correspondence between the Employer or his/her designate and any employee in the bargaining unit pertaining to a dispute as to the interpretation, administration or application of any part of this agreement, shall be forwarded to the Secretary of the Union.

CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN PARTIES. All notices required to be given under this Agreement shall be deemed provided upon the date postmarked when mailed by first class mail, or by registered mail, and addressed to the proper party at the address set forth in paragraph 19 below.

A copy of any correspondence other than routine items between the Director or designate and any employee in the bargaining unit, pertaining to the interpretation, administration or application of any part of this Agreement, shall be forwarded to the Shop Xxxxxxx, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN PARTIES. 2005 All correspondence between the parties arising out of the Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Employer and the Unit Vice President with a copy to the Staff Representative of the Union. ARTICLE 8 LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 1995 8.01 Establishment of Committee 1999 A Labour Management Committee shall be established consisting of up to three (3) Representatives of the Union and up to three (3) Representatives of the Employer. On the request of either party, the parties shall meet once every two (2) months, unless there is no agenda, until this agreement is terminated, for the purpose of discussing issues relating to the workplace that affect the parties or any employee bound by this agreement.
