Course Types. The Contractor shall provide two course levels, an introductory course that introduces basic skills and an advanced course that provides both classroom and practical instructional training. These courses are intended for facility engineers, building managers, plant managers, quality assurance technicians and preventative maintenance technicians that includes skill-specific instruction on critical facilities and systems at GIRoA sites. Depending on the course type, courses may range from one to four weeks and shall be conducted 6-days a week (Saturday through Thursday). The contractor shall be prepared to stand-up a course within 45 days of a request, including all the development of approved course curriculum and procurement of training materials. Once course curriculum is approved, requirements for like courses may require less mobilization time than the initial 45 days. Course sizes are anticipated to be no more than 20 but are subject to change if larger or additional classroom space is allocated for training. To the extent possible, the vocational and OJT training should be presented so that its organization and meaning are clear to the GIRoA trainees. OJT is the primary source of training, and should be defaulted to when other arranged trainings fail. Contractor GIRoA Facility Engineering Training Academy instruction shall be conducted 6-days a week, 8-hours a day. Additional training sites may be added when required and approved by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall typically have up to 60 days from the date of notification to stand-up additional centers. Each course offering shall accommodate qualified GIRoA personnel identified by the Coalition Force Advisors per course location.   • License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.
