Custom Development Services. 4.1 Client may purchase Custom Development Services subject to additional Fees, as set out in an applicable Order Form. Custom Development Services will only be provided in accordance with the specifications set out in the applicable Order Form and Scoping Document and are subject to additional Fees.

Custom Development Services. If Client orders Custom Development Services, the Custom Development Services are charged on a time and materials basis in accordance with the daily or hourly rates set out in the Rate Card in Annex 6.3. All relevant Fees and any reasonable expenses incurred by Productsup in the provision of Custom Development Services shall be invoiced monthly as Incidental Charges on or after the 15th day or on the last day of each calendar month in which the Custom Development Services are delivered. Custom Development Services. Subscriber may engage BSG to perform certain development services in connection with the Service, beyond the Premium Features, to be set forth in one or more subsequently executed work orders (each, a “Statement of Work” or “SOW”) and pursuant to any further terms and conditions, if applicable, as may be set forth in such Statement of Work or an addendum attached to this Agreement as an Exhibit. Any such custom development services being performed pursuant to any SOW and attached exhibit are referred to as the “Custom Development Services.” Subscriber shall have no right to use any Work Product other than in connection with its use of the Service. Subscriber acknowledges that BSG may use the Work Product for its other customers, including competitors of Subscriber. All Work Product shall be deemed to be either “Content” or “Technology,” as applicable, for purposes of this Agreement.
Custom Development Services. HealthStream will at the request of IT&S develop additional features for the delivery of Learning Services and Administrative Services, (the "Custom Development Services"). To request Custom Development Services, IT&S or Provider will submit a project work request to HealthStream in the format prescribed by HealthStream to define the scope of the Custom Development Services on a per project basis. After reviewing the project work request form and conferring with IT&S or Provider as applicable, within a reasonable period of time HealthStream will provide a statement of work to be included in a work order substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto for both parties to approve prior to performing the Custom Development Services. Each Work Order may have a provision for either an incentive for on-time delivery or a penalty for late delivery by HealthStream.
Custom Development Services. Prices shall be based on scope of work provided by the Distributor and/or its end user customer or sub-distributor. Prices shall be based on the development time required and prevailing BCGI hourly rates and other charges. Such rates and charges shall be provided to Distributor at the then current Preferred Prices. See the attached current price list for the initial rates.
Custom Development Services. (i) In addition to development of the AOL Classifieds in accordance with the Specifications, AOL may from time to time request modifications and enhancements to the AOL Classifieds (a) which are not part of InfoSpace's ongoing management duties with regard to the AOL Classifieds as outlined in Section 3 below, (b) which involve material additional effort and Direct Cost (greater than $[*] in each instance) to InfoSpace, and (c) the results of which are not deployed on any InfoSpace Site or other non- AOL Network site (development services falling under the above description referred to as "Requested Services").   • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Student Services a. High school students in dual credit courses will be given access to the College library, accorded appropriate privileges, and have adequate library resources convenient for use at the site where the course is offered. b. High school students in dual credit courses will be provided the academic support services, including academic advising and counseling, as those on the college campus. c. Prior to the start of each academic year, the High School and College shall collaborate on the development and communication of procedures for the provision of accommodations for students with disabilities enrolled in Dual Credit courses (“Established Procedures”). High School and College shall provide disability services in accordance with Established Procedures and applicable law. d. If a student is enrolled simultaneously in College and in high school in a dual credit program, the two schools may share information regarding the student, in accordance with FERPA. e. All other services provided to regular Dallas College students will also be provided to high school students enrolled in dual credit courses in accordance with applicable law and Dallas College policies.
