Customer Data Retention. PeopleGuru will use commercially reasonable efforts to retain active employee and terminated employee data on predetermined schedules that are system defined. Customer is responsible for maintaining and setting up within the Software Service its own data collection, disclosure, retention, and storage policies as may apply to it under local, state and federal law. The Software Service provides default retention policies which Customer may configure to meet its specific needs. • Banking records (such as bank account and routing numbers) are retained during an Employee’s active employment and up to one-year post employment termination unless otherwise revised by Customer. • Biometric identifier records (such as hand scans, photographs, fingerprints, retinal scans, facial recognition scans, and location tracking and other biometric items) are retained during active employment and up to one-year post employment termination unless otherwise revised by Customer. • Employee human resource information, enrolled benefit plans, and family member records are retained five years unless otherwise revised by Customer. • Payroll check history, W2s, 1099s, and payroll history records are retained five years unless otherwise revised by Customer. • Employee personal records (such as but not limited to address, phone numbers, email addresses, social security numbers, birth dates, positions held, performance reviews, demographic data, skills, and certifications) are retained during active employment and up to five years’ post-employment termination unless otherwise revised by Customer. • Electronically signed documents shall be retained during active employment and up to five years’ post- employment termination unless otherwise revised by Customer. • Candidates personal records (such as but not limited to address, phone numbers, email addresses, job preferences, job applications, demographic data, skills, and certifications) that remain active for job consideration will have their records retained indefinitely unless candidate withdraws its application online. Customer acknowledges that PeopleGuru’s standard data retention settings may require revisions by the Customer to meet local, state, or federal laws that Customer is subject to and may require notifications to, or authorizations from, employees of the data retention settings.
Customer Data Retention. Service Provider retains Customer data for twelve (12) rolling months as standard. Customer data may be retained in any combination of online data and archive files during this period. This retention period can be extended or reduced for certain specific Hosted Services based on Customer subscription in line with Customer requirements.
Customer Data Retention. 7.1 Upon termination of the Contract for any reason whatsoever, Reveal (including its employees, directors, affiliates, suppliers and sub-Processors) shall cease all Processing of Customer Data carried out for performance of the Contract and provision of the Services to Customer, except for Processing necessary for compliance with its own accounting, tax and employment legal obligations.
7.2 Upon termination of the Contract for any reason whatsoever, Reveal undertakes to destroy, automatically or manually and within a reasonable period of time, all Customer Data provided by or duly collected on behalf of Customer, in its capacity as Processor, during the performance of the Contract, except for Processing necessary for compliance with its own accounting, tax and employment legal obligations and for the fulfillment of the Parties’ contractual obligations remaining at the end of the Contract.
Customer Data Retention. Customer shall retain adequate Data to permit complete reconstruction and re-transmission by Customer or Customer’s Third Party Sender, if necessary, of all Customer’s ACH Entry Origination files for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days following the Effective Entry Date (the date the Receiver’s account is to be debited or credited for the ACH Entry amount on such file by the Receiving Depository Financial Institution) of Customer’s respective original file transmittals to AB&T, and Customer or Customer’s Third Party Sender shall promptly provide such Data to AB&T upon its request.
Customer Data Retention. (a) If the Services include Ntrepid’s “Nfusion”, “Nfusion Essentials”, “P310”, “Switchboard”, or “Switchboard SE” service hosted in Ntrepid’s shared environment, Customer Data, including Personal Data, may be retained during the Term of the License unless otherwise agreed with Customer and specified in the Order. Ntrepid may delete or destroy all copies of Customer Data and Personal Data during the Term of such License or following the termination or expiration of such License after making such Customer Data and Personal Data available to Customer for thirty (30) days for export or download in a format specified by Ntrepid. If Customer does not exercise its right to submit a request for Customer Data or Personal Data within this thirty (30) day period, Ntrepid will delete or destroy all copies of Customer Data and Personal Data stored in Ntrepid’s shared environment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ntrepid may retain such Customer Data, including Personal Data, if any applicable contractual requirement prohibits its deletion or destruction if Ntrepid is required to retain such data under applicable law, or if retention of the data is necessary for Ntrepid’s defense against or pursuit of legal claims.
(b) Customer acknowledges and understands the rights afforded to Customer in this Section 4.7 and Ntrepid will have no further obligation to notify Customer of these rights unless required by applicable law.
Customer Data Retention. Except as otherwise specified in an order for services or required by law, upon termination of services or at your request, Oracle will delete your production customer data located on Oracle computers in a manner designed to ensure that they cannot reasonably be accessed or read, unless there is a legal obligation imposed on Oracle preventing it from deleting all or part of the data. For Cloud Services, customer data management is generally “self service” and additional information on features to assist you with data management can be found in the applicable “Service Feature Guidance” document. For other Oracle services, you may consult with your Oracle services contact for additional information on data deletion prior to service completion. As described in the Oracle Media Sanitization and Disposal Policy, media containing Customer Data will be securely sanitized, or destroyed and disposed of when the media is no longer required or able to be used, or the storage media becomes otherwise obsolete. Currently approved sanitization methods are degaussing, shredding, incineration, and verified overwrites of the data. Some hardware such as SSD may include acceptable built-in secure erasure functionality.

Customer Data Retention a. The Company shall retain personal data in accordance with this Agreement, Padlet’s Terms of Service and applicable laws. Parties hereby agree that on the termination of the data processing services or upon Customer’s practical request, Padlet shall, and shall cause any Subprocessors to, at the choice of Customer, return all the Customer Personal Data and copies of such data to Customer or securely destroy them and certify to the satisfaction of Customer that it has taken such measures, except where Data Protection Requirements prevent Padlet from returning or destroying all or part of the Customer Personal Data disclosed.
b. Padlet may retain data for a longer period when there is a legal requirement for the Company to do so.

Customer Data Retention. During the 60-day period immediately following any expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer will have the right, upon written notice to Redzone, to request a copy of Customer Data generated from Customer’s use of the Software Services. If Customer requests a copy of such Customer Data, Redzone will provide the copy in a PostgreSQL format via FTP, at no additional charge to Customer. IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT SO REQUEST A COPY OF CUSTOMER DATA, CUSTOMER WILL PERMANENTLY LOSE ACCESS TO ALL CUSTOMER DATA 60-DAYS AFTER TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THE AGREEMENT.
