CUSTOMER SERVICE; TECHNICAL SUPPORT. At no charge to Microsoft, FairMarket shall be solely responsible for performing email-based customer support to End Users of all Private Label Auction Sites on a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week basis, with a maximum 24-hour response time. All customer service will be "Microsoft branded" and will conform to the requirements and performance standards attached hereto as Exhibit C or as otherwise mutually agreed between the parties. FairMarket shall provide all technical support for the Private Label Auction Sites and customer and technical support for users of the Private Label Auction Sites, according to the technical support and maintenance requirements attached hereto as Exhibit B or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing between the parties.

CUSTOMER SERVICE; TECHNICAL SUPPORT i. NEUROMetrix will offer commercially reasonable customer service to provide support for routine matters (other than “in-the-box” matters or matters which relate to the internal operations of the Products) to all Customers in the Territory, including, without limitation: (i) receipt of Customer inquiries via telephone, email or other communications and (ii) provision of training and technical consultation. EyeTel will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide NEUROMetrix with technical customer service support for all “in-the-box” matters or matters which relate to the internal operations of the Products, all non-routine matters and other matters that NEUROMetrix is unable to resolve (including, without limitation, by assisting NEUROMetrix, upon its reasonable request, in providing technical support for end-users) relating to the Products. EyeTel will provide maintenance of Products as set forth in Section 7.B.iii. ii. EyeTel shall maintain during the term of this Agreement the capability to repair the Product and furnish documentation, spare parts, service tools, and instruments necessary to service the Product effectively.

CUSTOMER SERVICE; TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Customer Service" as used herein may be provided to you by Paradox Interactive AB’s representatives by telephone and/or by electronic message (e-mail). "Technical Support" may be provided to you by Paradox Interactive AB by telephone, by electronic message (e-mail), or by posting of information related to known technical support issues on a website. Unless otherwise stated in the Program's packaging or in the Program's user manual, nothing herein shall be construed so as to place a duty upon Sierra to provide Customer Service or Technical Support via a toll-free telephone number for an unlimited period of time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE; TECHNICAL SUPPORT. DomainPeople will provide customer service and technical support services to the End Users procured by Private Brand Resellers. An API Reseller must provide or ensure provision of customer service and technical support to each of the End Users procured by the API Reseller, including, but not limited to, the Registrants procured by Sub-Resellers. DomainPeople’s only obligation is to provide support to the API Reseller through telephone and electronic mail. If DomainPeople receives communications from End Users or from third parties regarding a Domain registered through an API Reseller, DomainPeople may forward such communications to the API Reseller without taking any action other action. However, DomainPeople reserves the right to respond to such communications directly and to take any action DomainPeople deems necessary. If DomainPeople determines that an API Reseller is providing inadequate support to End Users or Sub-Resellers (including, but not limited to, situations resulting in excessive numbers of support calls directly from End Users or Sub-Resellers to DomainPeople), then DomainPeople may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement for cause.
CUSTOMER SERVICE; TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Invitrogen will provide customer service and technical support to all Joint Product customers. Illumina will establish a point of contact who will be available to assist Invitrogen in resolving customer service and technical support issues arising from Joint Products manufactured at the Illumina Manufacturing Facility.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.
