Deffinition. Seniority means a regular employee’s length of service from his/her first date of employment, as opposed to when he/she successfully completes his/her probationary period. Seniority for regular part-time employees shall be prorated. Employees working over three (3) hours per day will be credited with one day of seniority. Employees working three (3) or less hours will be credited with ½ day of seniority.
