In addition, the amount of $349.20 for the title insurance policy per paragraph five of the agreement would be paid by the County. This was presented to the Condemnation Review Staff and approved for recommendation to the BCC.

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. On July 22, 2014, the BCC approved the five-member proposal evaluation committee’s recommendation (Memorandum No. PU14-255), to select Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Associates, Inc. for miscellaneous professional architectural services. Negotiation with Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Associates is complete and an agreement to perform specific task order scopes of work as requested by Pasco County has been reached. Attached are original copies of the Agreement with Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Associates, Inc. This Agreement describes the general conditions and establishes methods of compensation when task orders are negotiated. The Agreement will allow multiple task orders to be undertaken at the option and direction of the County. The Agreement will remain in effect for a period of three years, with two optional two-year extensions at the discretion of the County. Article 15 allows termination of the Agreement for any reason by the County by providing at least 14 days written notice. Consistent with the County’s past practice, the Agreement also delegates authority to the County Administrator to issue task orders in an amount consistent with the County Administrator’s purchasing limit under the Purchasing Code, which is currently $25,000.00.

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. The Pasco County Real Estate Division has negotiated the following Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Interest in Property for a parcel of land for the S.R. 52 project between the Suncoast Parkway and I-75. This particular parcel is located on the south side of S.R. 52 just west of U.S. 41. The proposed road improvement will widen S.R. 52 from two lanes to a six- lane divided highway ultimately. Based upon plans submitted by the property owners in 2007, there were six proposed lots fronting out onto S.R. 52, each one approximately one acre in size. DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. St. Petersburg Astronomy, Club, Inc., wishes to enter into a "Friends of the Park" Agreement with the County. Under the agreement, St. Petersburg Astronomy Club, Inc., will support and promote various events and programs offered by the Pasco County Parks and Recreation Department. The "Friends of the Park" Agreement will help this club promote programs and projects which enhance educational and recreational opportunities for the citizens of Pasco County, while achieving accountability and liability protection, and providing specific guidelines for conducting volunteer activities. This club will assist with the organization and administration of annual events, including the Mountain Man Rendezvous, along with monthly astronomy programs.
DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. Effective November 17, 2009, the Florida Department of Children and Families (FDCF), Office on Homelessness, approved Pasco County's Fiscal Year 2010 Challenge Grant funding. The total allocation of funds has been divided among several programs. The attached agreement is between Pasco County and Sunrise of Pasco County, Inc., in the amount of $15,584.00, for payment of one-time past due rental or utility assistance and rental or utility security deposits to domestic violence clients who are at risk of becoming homeless for the period of November 17, 2009, through June 30, 2010.
DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. On January 27, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved a Development Agreement Between Pasco County and JDI Land, LLC For Roadway Development of Ledantec MPUD (DA) and as recorded in the County public records in OR Book 5741 Page 373. On May 27, 2011, the County received a request from the current owners, Concord Station, LLP, to amend the currently approved DA. The applicant is proposing the following changes: • to revise the schedules for the construction commencement and construction completion for improvements as they pertain to Sunlake Boulevard and Lake Patience Road, • posting related security for those roadways, • to further identify the construction design for Sunlake Boulevard and Lake Patience Road, and • to identify phasing for the construction of such roadways. The Florida Local Government Development Act as set forth in Sections 163.3220-163.3243, Florida Statutes, authorizes the use of development agreements. A development agreement is designed to encourage a stronger commitment to comprehensive and capital facilities planning, ensure the provision of adequate public facilities for development, encourage the efficient use of resources, and reduce the economic cost of development. The proposed development agreement between Pasco County and JDI Land, LLC, was approved by the BCC on January 27, 2004. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of development approval with respect to the design, right-of-way acquisition, permitting, and construction of roadway improvements provided for in the MPUD Master Planned Unit Development conditions of approval. Currently there exists a total of 849 platted lots within the Concord Station MPUD development, with 50 proposed lots to be platted, totaling 899 platted lots. The agreement, as currently approved, requires the developer to construct a segment of Sunlake Boulevard from Mentmore Boulevard to the north boundary of the Project, including the connection to Lake Patience Road at the Oakstead MPUD western boundary, prior to receiving final plat approval for the 900th dwelling unit. The developer’s request is to modify this portion of the agreement to provide a revised schedule of completion for that segment of Roadway. The property subject to this proposed development agreement is located in Sections 15, 21, 22, 27, 28, and 29; Township 26 south; Range 18 East; on the north side of S.R. 54, approximately 1,900 feet west of Oakstead Boulevard.

DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. As a result of the September 11, 2001 attack on the United States, the Tampa Bay Area counties established the Regional Domestic Security Task Force. Pasco County is a member of the Tampa Bay Regional Domestic Security Task Force (RDSTF). The purpose of the RDSTF is to establish a unified plan to respond to any credible threats and recover from the consequences of any incidents which are related to National, State, or Local security. In order to maximize the benefit of receiving Federal grant funding, the RDSTF members have agreed to share resources and create caches of equipment located throughout the region. Using State of Florida Homeland Security Grant Program funds for the benefit of the Tampa Bay Regional Domestic Security Task Force (RDSTF) participating agencies, Hernando County has purchased Satellite Communication Equipment which consists of Capital items that require annual tracking, usage fees and maintenance. Pasco County has been selected to receive one (1) unit of the Satellite Communication systems from the available stockpile which was purchased by Hernando County. The Equipment offers significant benefits to all participating agencies with respect to coordinating response and recovery activities with in the region as well as throughout the state. The grant covers all fees for initial purchase and activation of the equipment thru May 2008. The acceptance of this equipment will require Pasco County to pay a recurring annual expense covering radio air time and telephone minutes, beginning May, 2008. Costs for the balance of FY08 for this unit will be covered within the current budget at a cost of $106.00. DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS. Since 1985, the Parks and Recreation Department has provided capital, operational, and maintenance support for certain not-for-profit youth sports organizations utilizing County parks. These programs are generally guided by volunteers and provide Pasco County residents and families very valuable recreation services that the County could not otherwise provide. In order to formalize the relationship between the County and these organizations, both parties have a desire to enter into an agreement to ensure that interests and responsibilities of both parties are clear. Zephyrhills Little League, Inc., wishes to enter into a Co-Sponsored Youth Sports Organization Park Site Agreement with the County.
