Distributor Training. OMP shall provide initial training on the Products for Distributor’s licensed physician and sales force and subsequent training upon the release of new Products or Related Products subject to this Agreement. The date, duration, content and location of the initial training and training relating to any new Products or Related Products subject to this Agreement, shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Distributor shall bear all costs of travel and living expenses for Distributor’s personnel to attend any training whether during the initial period or subsequent thereto. If training is provided at Distributor’s location, Distributor shall provide reasonable training facilities without expense to OMP. For training in addition to that identified above, OMP and Distributor shall mutually agree in writing on the charges for such training, in advance of the training, including but not limited to OMP travel and other related expenses.

Distributor Training. At least **** times a year (and more often if mutually agreed by Distributor and the Company), Distributor shall cause a majority of the Distributor Sales Specialists and the Distributor Field Service Engineers (as those terms are hereinafter defined) to complete the Company’s products seminars and training courses for training on the Products (including, but not limited to, webinars, online training); provided, however, only Distributor Field Service Engineers who physically touch or service the Products shall be subject to the foregoing requirement. The Company and Distributor shall mutually agree upon the content (including agenda and makeup) of all such seminars and training courses. Any seminars and training courses requiring the physical presence of the attendee at a central location shall be held at a location as the Company and Distributor mutually determine. Distributor will bear all transportation, lodging and meal costs of their personnel during such training. The Company will furnish course instruction and materials at no charge to Distributor. Distributor acknowledges that the attendance of its personnel at such training is a required condition of the Distributor’s sales of the Products.

Distributor Training. ZO SKIN HEALTH shall provide initial training on the Products and Related Products and subsequent training upon the release of new Products or new Related Products that are subject to this Agreement. The date, duration, content and location of the initial training and training relating to any new Products or Related Products shall be as ZO SKIN HEALTH determines from time to time to be reasonable and appropriate after communicating with and considering the interests of Distributor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Distributor and ZO SKIN HEALTH shall each bear their own costs of travel and living expenses for their own personnel to participate in training, whether for initial or subsequent training for the release of new Products or Related Products. If training is provided at Distributor's location, Distributor shall provide reasonable training facilities without expense to ZO SKIN HEALTH. Distributor shall be solely responsible for any other training of its sales staff.

Distributor Training. Distributor will be responsible for training its employees, contractors and sub-distributors with respect to the Products. The Corporation will have the right to review and approve any training curriculum and materials used by Distributor. The Corporation may also, at its expense, attend, audit and review Distributor's training sessions. The Corporation will also make its training sessions in the United States available for Distributor personnel, pending space availability at such sessions, free of charge; provided, however, that Distributor will be responsible for travel, food, accommodations and related expenses for any personnel participating in such training sessions.
Distributor Training. Following the execution and implementation of the Agreement, Company shall promptly and as may be practicable send to Distributor pertinent information, specifications, list of materials, instruction manuals and other technical records and documents necessary to empower Distributor to carry out the duties and responsibilities contemplated in this Agreement and, specifically, to comply with the warranty repairs outlined in Article 4 of this Agreement. Throughout the term of this Agreement and any extended period thereafter, Company shall continue to provide technical assistance to Distributor as the latter may reasonably require from time to time. All reasonable costs or expenses incurred by Company while providing technical assistance to Distributor shall be reimbursed by the Distributor.

Related to Distributor Training

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Job Training ‌ The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes: (1) for planning training programs for those employees affected by technological change; (2) for planning training programs to enable employees to qualify for new positions being planned through future expansion or renovation; (3) for planning training programs for those employees affected by new methods of operation; (4) for planning training programs in the area of general skill upgrading. Whenever necessary, this Committee shall seek the assistance of external training resources such as the Federal Human Resources Development Canada and Provincial Ministry of Labour, or other recognized training institutions.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.
