A person will be required to show 2 piece of picture ID and a written note from the parent. Please inform staff if your child is not attending any day or coming late.

I agree to be punctual, to arrive at the set time and leave the centre promptly after service delivery. I understand that staff will not permit any child to be collected by an unknown person. Authorized persons must be listed on the parents file as an emergency contact and must provide identification to staff on arrival. I understand that the MCCS closes promptly at closing time. The staff will not wait for late clients.

Drop Off and Pick Up. Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up children on time. You may drop off your child no more than five minutes before the start of their class or scheduled activity, and you must pick them up within five minutes of their class or scheduled activity ending. USG is only responsible for your children while they are in their class or scheduled activity. USG will charge your account $5 if your child has not been picked up within five minutes of their class or scheduled activity ending. We will continue to charge you $5 for each additional five minutes you are late. Parents allowing their children to enter and exit them gym unattended, do so at their own risk. Weather Days: USG will follow it’s own schedule for weather closings. Please check our website or voice mail for the most current information. We reserve the right to close for sudden, dangerous weather predictions after school has closed for the day. There will be no make-ups for bad weather closings.
Drop Off and Pick Up. School is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Children may be dropped off no earlier than 8:30 am and picked up by noon. When you are on the premises – in the school or on the playground – you are responsible for your child. You must sign in and out.
Drop Off and Pick Up. A child may also be dismissed from AmeriMont Academy for delinquent tuition. Refer to Late Payments for additional information. In order to maintain a healthy and safe environment, AmeriMont Academy reserves the right to discontinue or refuse service to anyone. Enrollment may be terminated if the director determines the needs of a child can not be met, parents/guardians are uncooperative, failure to submit required health information or failure to observe the policies. Excessive complaints or accusations to our staff which are deemed unfounded, aggressive in nature, or inappropriately disrespectful may result in dismissal of the child. It is important to us that a good relationship exists among parents/guardians, students, teachers and staff. We do not allow adults on or near the school to yell, negatively influence other parents/guardians, swear, or inappropriately scare the children, staff or fellow parents/guardians for any reason. Date: Parent/ Guardian Initials: Upon entering the school, every child must be signed in on the computer and brought to their classroom. We recommend you develop a routine of signing your child in and then taking them to their room and spending a moment to have your child take off their coat and/or to place their lunchbox in their labeled cubby before saying good-bye. Children should be fed breakfast before they arrive. It is best if children are at school by 8:25am so that they can participate in the flag salute and begin their daily routines at 8:30am. Never leave your child unattended and never leave them in the classroom if everyone is outside playing or in another location. When you arrive to pick up your child, have them collect anything that may be in their cubby and gather up their belongings. We prefer to have the children do these duties themselves as it encourages responsibility, independence, and provides a closure routine for their day. The school will be open whenever possible on a regularly scheduled day, during normal hours. Although unlikely, if it becomes necessary to close early, parents/guardians are responsible to arrange for the child’s early pick up. There will be no tuition credit any time the school is closed. Drop Off and Pick Up. All items to be fired can be dropped off at the Garage Clay driveway (shoot us a text or Instagram message for this option) or at the front desk of our shop (post COVID, obvi), Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-8:30 or Sundays 4-11. We will weigh your items and send you a link to complete your firing payment (**is there a way to set up a hidden item for sale, and for us to load pound quantity when sending link?) We will text you when your items are ready for pick up at Garage Clay driveway or our shop’s front desk (again, post COVID). We will treat your pieces with the care we use when handling our own pottery; however, there is always a chance a piece will break, crack, or explode during the firing process. Garage Clay assumes no responsibility for any of the above-mentioned firing or building issues that may occur, and you are still responsible for payment in full for firing services. Garage Clay has the right to refuse any work based on construction or glaze concerns. Garage Clay Kiln User Agreement + Responsibilities (please read thoroughly) When firing in the Garage Clay Kiln, you agree to the following: • Only pieces with Garage Clay purchased clay and glazes will have access to the GC kiln.
