Drug-Free Environment. The Recipient must comply with drug-free environment standards pursuant to §5151-5610 of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, as implemented by 2 CFR 421.
Drug-Free Environment. In order to maintain the drug-free environment essential to recovery, visits will be non-contact and participating inmates may not receive packages from outside the facility.
Drug-Free Environment. During the performance of this contract, the Vendor agrees to (i) provide a drug-free workplace for the Vendor’s employees; (ii) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the Vendor’s workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; and (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Vendor that the Vendor maintains a drug-free workplace.
Drug-Free Environment. 8.01 Employees agree that it is unlawful to manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess, or use a controlled substance in the Xxxxxxx Local School District and understand that disciplinary actions will be taken against employees for violation of such prohibition, which may include termination.
8.02 Upon reasonable suspicion (drug abuse and awareness training standards) that an employee may be under the influence of illegal drugs and/or alcohol while working, administration reserves the right to send employee for testing. The first occurrence that an employee’s test is positive for alcohol (.04 and beyond) and/or drugs, the employee shall be required to attend a rehabilitation treatment program (Employee Assistance Program). The cost of the program shall be at the expense of the employee. The employee shall be afforded his/her sick leave and/or a medical unpaid leave at his/her request.
Drug-Free Environment. A. For licensed staff, personal use of tobacco products shall be prohibited on all District property and in District-owned vehicles.
B. The manufacturing, distribution, dispensing and/or use of alcohol, marijuana, or illicit drugs by licensed staff is prohibited while on District property, during work hours (including meal periods), during breaks and while assigned to extra-duty positions or special projects and activities, including those held after or in addition to regular school hours.
Drug-Free Environment. City shall not knowingly permit any person under the influence of any nonprescribed drug that has been defined by the State or Federal government as a “controlled substance” to enter upon the District Parcel. The possession, sale, or use of any “controlled substance” on the District Parcel is prohibited.
Drug-Free Environment. During the performance of this contract, the Contractor agrees to (i) provide a drug-free workplace for the Vendor’s employees; (ii) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the Vendor’s workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; and (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Vendor that the Vendor maintains a drug-free workplace. For the purposes of this section, “drug-free workplace” means a site for the performance of work done in connection with a specific contract awarded to a Vendor, the employees of whom are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of any controlled substance or marijuana during the performance of the contract.
Drug-Free Environment. It is the policy of CITY that all facilities provided under this Permit shall be utilized and operated in a drug-free environment. The PERMITTEE shall make this fact known, both in writing and in oral communication, to facility participants periodically throughout the Term of this Permit. PERMITTEE shall document such written or oral communication and provide copies to CITY on an annual basis.
Drug-Free Environment. LESSEE acknowledges that it understands that LESSOR wishes to promote a Drug Free working environment and LESSEE will do all that it can to keep illegal drugs, chemical substances and paraphernalia from the subject property. LESSEE will not knowingly allow any person to use or possess any illegal substance on the subject property. Knowledgeable violation of this policy may, at the discretion of the LESSOR, be considered grounds for the termination of this Lease.
Drug-Free Environment. Licensee shall not knowingly permit any person under the influence of any non-prescribed drug defined by the state or federal government as a “controlled substance” or that is otherwise intoxicated to enter upon the Property. The possession, sale, or use of any “controlled substance” (except when permitted by law) on the Property is prohibited.
