ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. 4.01 Pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City shall reimburse the Developer up to the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($75,000) towards the Developer’s actual costs associated with a flood study and letter of map revision for the purposes of reclaiming land within the Project Area from the flood plain (“Economic Incentives”).

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. 4.01 Pursuant to the City’s Infill Development Program, the City of Abilene grants an Economic Incentive in the amount not to exceed $10,006.00 (the “Economic Incentive”) for the purposes of a utility tap and repairing the street associated with the utility tap.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. 3.01 The City will pay the Developer an annual payment of a portion of the Sales Tax generated in the Project Area (the “Annual Payment”) as an economic development incentive for the Developer‟s construction of the Public Improvements and the construction of all other Vertical Improvements in accordance with the criteria established in the Development Standards and those other Developer Obligations identified in Article IV. of this Agreement. Said payment shall be calculated in accordance with section 3.03 of this Agreement. Such Annual Payment shall be made for the Term of the Agreement, as amended, or until such time as the total payments made under this Agreement equals Three Million Three Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3,328,102.00), whichever comes first.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. 3.3 DIAND will contribute funding only for eligible activities and X % of actual eligible expenditures made by the First Nation within the maximum funding for eligible expenditures set out in the table below for the Project from the Project start date (YYYY/MM/DD) to the end date (YYYY/MM/DD).

  • Professional Development Plan Professional Development Plan (PDP) refers to plans developed by faculty members addressing the criteria contained in Article 22 and Appendix G.

  • Staff Development ‌ The County and the Association agree that the County retains full authority to determine training needs, resources that can be made available, and the method of payment for training authorized by the County.
