Electrics. We will assist you and pay for the call out, labour, parts and materials involved in repairing or rectifying the breakdown of your electrical system up to the value of £2000.00. A fault or breakdown of your 240v fixed wiring within your boundary of your property including lights, switches, sockets and fuse box or consumer unit. Our engineer will complete a permanent repair unless the repair would breach the BS7671 wiring regulations. - Repairs to a faulty fuse box or consumer unit. - Lost power to circuit. - Broken or failed light switch. - Failed light fittings including security and garden lighting - Repair of immersion heater wiring and replacement of the faulty elements. - Repair of faulty wiring supplying an electric shower - Failed wiring of the supply cable to any appliance isolation switch that is connected to your Property without the use of a plug. For example - smoke alarms, alarms, AC unit ovens Garage doors and gates. Also see general exclusions a) A power cut to the property that has not caused permanent damage b) The resetting of circuit breakers c) Replacing of light bulbs and fuses and fuse wire d) Adjusting of timers, thermostats or e) Appliances f) Any buried cables or light fittings g) Repairing of rubber, pyrotenax or lead cable.

Also see general exclusions a) Any claim which is not an emergency b) A power cut to the property that has not caused permanent damage c) The resetting of circuit breakers d) Replacing of light bulbs and fuses and fuse wire e) Adjusting of timers, thermostats or f) Appliances g) Any buried cables or light fittings h) Repairing of rubber, pyrotenax or lead cable. i) Any cable that is not part of the fixed wiring of the property. j) Any cable that does not carry mains 240v k) Electric and power shower units
Electrics. 19.1. Generators are not allowed to be used by Xxxxxxxxxxxx on the main playing field. 19.2. Generators, only to be used on Mill Hill, must have a maximum noise limit of 80dB(a). Each individual Stallholder is responsible for the condition and safety of their electrics. 19.3. Evidence of annual Generator maintenance/ thorough inspection may be requested by the Event Managers. This will include Portable Appliance Testing (Electrical Checks) for those electrical items connected/ plugged in to the Generators. Stallholders are to ensure that such documentation is available, and in date, for the duration of the festival, if requested.
Electrics. 20.1 Homeflo can help with mains wiring & electrics, circuit breakers, light fittings, fuse boards, switches and sockets inside the Property that connect to the main supply. 20.2 Homeflo will not provide the Services in respect of: a) Electrical appliances, burglar alarms and camera systems, shower pumps, cooker extractor hoods, storage and panel heaters, underfloor heating, swimming pools, controls, pumps, detectors, electrical plugs, rewiring and solar panels and their invertors; b) Supply cables up to the fuse box or mains isolation switch, if fitted; c) Outside lighting or any electrical equipment located in outbuildings or outside of the Property; d) Rubber or lead wrapped cables; or e) Replacing or upgrading fuse boards or consumer units. f) Any electric component or system that is non-standard or does not meet current regulations.

Where we need to gain access by either removing flooring, wall coverings, ceilings or any other cover or surface to effect a repair, we will request your authorisation before we commence work. Our engineer will make the area safe after the issue has been rectified. Any damage to these surfaces would not be covered under this plan.
