Eligibility Check. Each proposal received within the designated submission deadline shall pass through an administrative/eligibility check by both Managing Authorities. The administration/eligibility check procedure is defined in the respective National Rules & Regulations set forth by each Managing Authority. Applicants shall need to satisfy the criteria set forth by both Managing Authorities to be eligible to move forward to the scientific evaluation stage.

Eligibility Check. The eligibility check will be done on all proposals submitted before the deadline. All criteria are listed in Chapter 3 of this guide for applicants. Projects that do not comply with these criteria will be excluded and marked as ineligible. ASCAPE Action will inform all applicants of the results of the eligibility test.
Eligibility Check. All the complete Applications received before the Call Deadline will be reviewed to check compliance with all the eligibility criteria described in Section 5. • In case that an Application is rejected, a letter will be sent to the applicant informing of the rejection, specifying the reasons and instructions for a redress procedure in case of disagreement with the decision.
Eligibility Check. The eligibility check verifies the eligibility of a User and their application for a specific Facility Access call. The eligibility check will be performed by the Facility Access Coordinator of the respective TCS. The eligibility criteria encompass admissibility, legal, and ethical criteria.

Will all SRTS-eligible items in this proposed project have at least a 10-year expected life? Yes Will the proposed project be able to enter construction in either calendar year 2022 or 2023? Eligibility Check. In a first phase all applications will be checked on their technical admission requirements (such as diploma & language requirements and the recommendation letters). In case candidates do not fulfill these requirements they will not be academically reviewed. This preparatory phase of selection is organized by the SINCHEM secretariat.
Eligibility Check. Proposals for funding received by the notified submission date are checked for compliance with the general Eligibility Criteria. These criteria include: Was a complete application including the statement by the lead institution, with appropriate signatures received on time? Is the proposal from an eligible institution? Are the PI and the majority of the user group from a member state or an associated state to FP7, and from another country than the research vessel he/she is applying for ship-time? Are at least two partners from different countries involved? Are all sections of the application form completed correctly and the requested proposal structure in Part B (scientific project description) followed? Proposals considered to be ineligible will be returned to the applicant with a note explaining why they were considered to be not eligible. At the end of the online proposal submission process (see below) a unique project identifier will be assigned to each proposal. The unique project identifier should be used in any subsequent correspondence or enquiry with the EUROFLEETS2 Evaluation Office. A Proposal Summary Sheet will be issued to the PI during the finalisation of the submission process and has to be downloaded.
