RIGHTS OF EMPLOYER Any rights of the Employer which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and which are not contrary to its terms shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement, always provided that such rights shall be exercised fairly, reasonably and in good faith.
Re-employment Rights (1) Re-employment of Faculty Members on layoff status will be administered by the College in accordance with the then-applicable provisions of the Education Code.
EMPLOYEE RIGHTS 4.1 The District and the Association recognize the right of employees to form, join, and participate in lawful activities of employee organizations and the equal alternative right of employees to refuse to form, join, and participate in employee organization activities.
Employment of Consultants Part A: General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule. Employee to Inform Employer The employee shall inform the Employer as soon as possible of his/her inability to report to work because of illness or injury. The employee shall inform the Employer of the date of return to duty, in advance of that date, in order that relief scheduled for that employee can be notified.
Indemnification of Employer The Association on behalf of itself and the OEA and NEA agrees to indemnify the Board for any cost or liability incurred as a result of the implementation and enforcement of this provision provided that:
RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES 4.01 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as an abridgement or restriction of any employee’s constitutional rights or of any right expressly conferred in an Act of the Parliament of Canada.
