Employee Listing. The Company will provide the Union monthly with a list of all employee hirings, transfers, promotions and terminations.
Employee ListingThe Contractor shall maintain a current Employee List and submit per Section F. The list shall include employee’s name, supervisor, company, and level of security clearance.

Home address 1.9.3 Information on all members of the bargaining unit shall be updated and shared with the Association at least every one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.

Employee Listing. The Union may from time to time, but not more than once per year, request a list of names of its members, along with each employee’s mailing address, telephone number and classification in electronic format and such information shall be provided to the Union by the Employer within a reasonable period which shall be mutually agreed upon.
